This is an older family restaurant that has been around for well over 40 years. Nothing fancy but good food at a good price. Recently stopped for lunch and had the turkey melt sandwich which was very good. My girlfriend had the chicken wrap which she liked as well. Not somewhere you would go to for a special occasion but if your hungry and want good food at a good price then this should fit the bill.
Recently, I've become a regular breakfast and lunch customer, at The Original Ranch House Restaurant. They have a broad selection of breakfast and lunch dishes. Every time I go, the service and food are both excellent. On the weekends, they have a guitarist/singer (between 10 AM - 1 PM) to serenade their patrons; he plays a wide variety of music, and is really good. Be sure to try their Reuben sandwich, it's out of this world! Five stars!
This spot has a diner feel to it but with a Cuban spin. At the entrance was an entertainer singing and playing American classics which I thought was nice. I ordered the Florentine Eggs Benny and we were happy to see the food was out pretty quickly, food was hot, and also tasted yummy. The shakes here taste very fresh, so also a great pick. Service was excellent. Only reason I didn’t give the 5th star is because the poached eggs were not runny. Definitely will be back!
For many years this was my go to place for breakfast with my family. Seems it’s either a change of ownership or management because this is not what it used to be. I went today with my family. Servers totally ignored us. There was a huge language barrier as my waitress barely spoke English. Not her fault. But the orders came out all wrong. The portions seem to be shrinking but the prices keep increasing. I’m not a cheap man at all and gladly pay the price for good service and good food. Neither here is the case. Sadly today was my last trip to this ‘ heritage ‘ establishment.
Best hidden place located at Hialeah. Many options to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chef Julio and Erick, and server Olys are the best.
The food was fantastic. The server was also fantastic. Very friendly and gave good recommendations. It had an old New England diner feel, which at first made me think it was run down and dirty as you don't see many of those down here. But it ended up being clean and pleasant. I'll hit it up again if I'm in the area.
This place is a hidden secret, I was going to the famous flannigans but their crazy wait time made me come here. I just have to say WOW!!! We were a party of 12 and we all had a great experience. The food was Great!! Definitely coming back. Thank you ranch house.
I love the food, so far there hasn't been anything wrong .
My husband and I pass this place all the time and decided to stop by and give it a try. It's a diner type setting (which we love since we're both from NYC). The service was excellent! Our orders arrived quickly and we really enjoyed it. I had the Reuben sandwich with onion rings and he had the open faced turkey. The food was hot fresh and tasty. Good portions at a very reasonable price. We will be back for breakfast!! Thank you!
Great wings, very crispy and good flavor.
