Lacks customer service and professionalism. My mom,my sister and I went to this restaurant on 5/29/22 and we were really disappointed with the service. We did go late so they stated they didnt have birria tacos, or al pastor. So my sister ordered beef nachos. As we were waiting for the food at a table to to dine in, the cashier walked up to our table and told us we wouldnt we able to dine in because they were going to be closing soon. So we said ok. Once the food was ready we decided to check the order before leaving to make sure everything was ok, and when we checked the nachos it was made with steak (carne asada) and not the beef that was requested. At first the cashier said they would fix the order, and then came out saying they were not going to ba able to fix the order because it was too late. And the most they could fo is refund me the money. My sister was very upset because she wasnt going to have a meal to eat and left. And i told the cashier i didnt understand how she got the order wrong when beef and steak are 2 different things and she even read back to my sister beef, when she inputed the order. She said beef to her is steak and that thats why she put in the order wrong. I pointed the menu to her and said where you see steak on the menu, you dont see that it says beef next to it. You see that it says carne asada, because steak it carne asada. And told her if it was beef ,it would say beef next to steak which it does not. The cashier kept going back and forth with me instead of apologizing and admitting she must up the order .and at some point mentioned that this is Hialeah like if that excuses her mess up with the order. She should be fired for providing service like this to paying customers. Worst customer service ive ever had. Never coming here again.

When you see this place, step on the gas and keep on going. It's nothing more than a permanent food truck. Actually, there are food trucks that are better. The food was practically tasteless. They do display Mexican artwork for sale at a very high price. There's not much traffic. I don't have to wonder why. The menu is posted high above and behind the cashier and very difficult to read unless you're a hawk. 20/20 vision won't get you there. Whatever you do, don't take someone you like there unless you never want to see that person ever again. Sorry guys but the most I can give you is one star.

this aint a taco shop. they have alot more. best in miami. very competitive prices. colorful decoration. clean. not too crowded

We ordered takeout from here in our last day in Miami and it's easily the worst Mexican meal I've had in my life. My taco was unseasoned chunks of chicken breast with some lettuce and tomato and packaged shredded cheese thrown on top, the kind of thing you'd put together from leftovers in your fridge. Enchilada sauce is Old El Paso, beans are canned junk. "Al Pastor" pork was crusted in incredible amounts of salt, cooked into jerky-levels of dryness, and had no pineapple, which is in the definition of the dish. This is school cafeteria-grade "Mexican" food. An embarrassment to the cuisine.

If you want to pay 16 dollars for a mediocre quesadilla, this is the place to go. I’ve had delicious, large quesadillas for 7 dollars in Pinecrest. Never again.

Hello??? my daughter order from postmaster today she order always there cause the food is goodBut some staff the serve Uber eat needs more education and they need to be supervise to, cause she oder and the Uber person never came with the oder .And we called and the lady tht serves the food to Uber eat, was rude , they cancel my daughter food twice, and the lady didn't even let me speak at all.So if you have a Camara u should supervise who takes the order from Uber, and called or let the person know is not fare, gettin the money from the costumer. And next times be politeAnd next times

The fajitas are highly recommended! My kids and I love this place.

Who puts lettuce and tomatoes in tacosThey put 1 tortilla, normally it's 2 tortillaGuac-meat & sauces had no flavor and seasoning.I'm from NYC where Mexican food is authentic.Overall I would not recommend this place but if you're from Miami this is your only option, I guess...

The food was hella good so bussin!. Got some vegetarian quesadillas my mom had the nachos with ground beef she liked them. Definitely go check them out guys??.

Best tacos and quesadillas, plus cute staff.
