The worst tacobell I have been everything is a joke they see u waiting nobody cares no supervision no one knows th code to cask u shame on th manager never go back1
Poor quality service. Low profile employees. They don't deserve to work with customer service, especially young guys with no education and no single sign of respect. Very disrespectful and so sad good business going straight down because of them.
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Was missing an item from my order so I went inside. It was like I was a wall talking to the employees in here. I said hello to one of the workers who made eye contact with me and completely disregarded my existence. Wow. Hopefully, I'll be treated like a human being and not garbage elsewhere.
This Taco Bell has the worst reviews of any Taco Bell in the area. I’m complaining to their head office - what are they doing over there? I’ve ordered a half dozen times from here and each other has consistently had an issue. Missing items. Quesadillas not cut. No sauces. No utensils. This is happening because field leadership and the head office team are allowing it. Store employees - if you don’t like your job then quit.
This place is soo disgusting , they had my order completely wrong , the girl manager has no manners and it’s very rude she didn’t understand my point and literally was rude and did not say a word to me when I ask to speak to her , they got people in the drive through harassing customer , someone need to contact me or I’m going to take it to the next step , there is also cameras Corp need to call me.
this isn’t the first time this taco bell screws me over. this is my uber eats order and the one star is for the fact that they actually still gave food at least LOL. no one here cares about their job and that’s fair, but c’mon man, be considerate for your customers. when someone asks for extra jalapeño sauce, why put none? and I get it if there was simply none left, but I can’t trust that that’s even the reason at this point. this taco bell is one of the worst i’ve ever been to and unfortunately it’s the nearest one to me and I hope they do better. i’m blaming management for the poor service since i’ve seen employees complain about this job and cursing it out when going in person. do better bruv.
I am tired that every time I order food from this place is always a horrible experience but this takes the cake that I wanted to throw up everything was wrong cold and missing food I keep on telling myself I will never eat here but I always end right back but this is the last straw this place is disgusting and the people that work there are numb nuts I don’t understand how they want $15 an hour if they’re not even taking your order and they can’t make a simple taco the food tasted like dog food and there was no one answering their phone I hope they close this place down I had to dissect my food just to satisfy my hunger I don’t understand how this food is satisfying maybe when I was 15 years old many years ago
never make food right and consistently mess up orders and argue with customers. Shut this place down. Anything in its place would be better serving to the community than this dump
Drive thru is super bad because they don’t let people to fill up the drive thru so the line goes around the the parking lot no matter what just to have good drive thru numbers for tacobell
Stopped for a bite before going home after a long day at work and the worker standing outside taking the orders was so rude to me. If there was not a car behind me I would have backed up and left. I only asked him what kind of rice was on the power bowl. I had never seen it before and he looked at me like I was dumb, I said the rice what kind is it and he goes yellow rice with such an attitude. I asked what was that about, what was wrong. I mean I can't ask a question and he goes what its yellow rice with such Sarcasm in his voice. I had to laugh, I couldn't believe it. So I began to order and after thing I asked for something and he goes Nope. Hmmm nope what he goes we Dont have that I said ok what kinda ices do u have and one of the ones he mentioned is what I was asking for by color, then I ask for cinninbons and quickly he reply we Dont have any. I get to the window and the that guy is worse horrible customer service. Didn't greet me gave me the total and that was it. No have a nice day nothing, I had to ask for my receipt or I would not have gotten it. He handed me my food as just turned around. After a long day this is not the service you want. Do better
