I ordered 2 nacho bell grande with extra cheese on both and jalapeños only on 1 of them. Got 1 cinnamon twist for a total of $14.59 and just took it home. When I got there I was chocked that both had less cheese, beans and beef than when ordered normally. I got so mad that felt like coming back but it was late I got totally ripped off. Never again no wonder the line was moving fast due to lack of ingredients. Look at your order before you leave. You might regret it.
I was the one who paid for this garbageSee the review below. We Totally got ripped off. Don't ever leave this place without double checking. We had to waste more gas and go to McDonald's which was closer and had to spend double the money when all we needed was what's described below. Major disappointment. Never again I tried calling no one answered I made sure to even call twice. All the other reviews below my wife are people who just get paid to review this scam. Never again
This place has upgraded so well. The ppl and the quality are so much better.
Love taco bell but those girls on the mic or at the front are very unprofessional
Nearest Taco Bell to my home, they've always been quick, friendly and food is great as usual. A+++
Been coming here for twenty years. Love the food and great service.
The best fast food chain in America. Consistent across most locations and always super cheap. Ordering with the app is super simple and I love the rewards system.
First and foremost The food was great, the new menu screen was huge and very visible. The people were chill and the Drive-Thru moved quickly
horrible experience ,drive through personal are rude and unprofessional.I will not go there again the taco bell in 4th av and 49st is better and have better customer service
Never really had an issue here before (in-person, drive-thru, UberEats) until 1/20/22 at 5:40PM. If your drive-thru staff don't want to work, just close the restaurant. Waited 10 min. in line to be told that I couldn't get the value nachos and cheese because they had no little cups and refused to use a container, gave me the runaround with inconsistent excuses only to tell me that I could pay 4 bucks more to get the bigger nachos in a container. Make it make sense? Rushing customers to order when you keep saying you don't have certain items, then interrupting them to tell them the same thing over and over isn't very fun. Get better staff or close the place down if you don't want to serve food. I drove over to the Taco Bell near Walmart and asked if I could get the cheese on the value nachos in a container and they kindly obliged.
