The girl who took my order totally messed up I order chicken they gave meat I paid alot for nothing the tacos. She was more into the flirting than anything else I don't think that the should be a good customer I had to repeat the order to her three times and she still was asking what I want it and they still messed it up.
Came here at 4:50 am at the drive thru and was completely ignored till 5 am for them to tell me they closed at 4 am .
The staff are always in a good mood, they go above and beyond for the customer. I will always prefer this one over anyone in Hialeah or Miami. Thank you for such great hospitality and great food!! ???

I just order today 04-25-2022 at 1:15 and they always making mistakes this time they forgot to gimme one of my meal yes the whole combo how the hell with nobody on line waiting u gonna forgat the completely meal like okay a Taco but 3 c’mon I always check because past experience but no this time i trust the sleepy guy and when i got all the way home SuRprise!!!! My mom couldn't eat Thank You professional Taco guys* I ask for xtra Spicy sausace on ny quesadilla and was preheated like old one never put the spicy on it ?49 st and like 5 ave East hialeah
The last two times I visited this Taco Bell were bad. There are employees having loud conversations, and they do not want to take your order. From the kitchen, they yell at you to use the touch screens and nobody is at the front in case you need assistance or need to make a cash payment. Bad customer service
This particular location is always a hit or miss. ALWAYS check your take out order before you drive off.
The people here are hard of hearing and don’t take orders well. Too many times I have asked for chicken and they charge me the extra and still manage to make every taco beef. Every single one every single time! Check your food thoroughly before you drive off because they don’t answer their phone. I see these people never leaving that dead end job because anything else would be too difficult for them.

Complete waste of time. I go in to place an order for take out inside with the front cashier, but there’s no one there. I painterly wait as I can tell they’re busy. Several of the workers make eye contact with me, and no one decides to approach me and several more people come in and make the line behind me. After more than 10 minutes pass, one of the workers comes up and says “we’re busy in the back you’ll have to order through the machine”. What a lousy excuse and so inconsiderate.
