This is the Last time I order online and pickup from this place. Betsy who was the only one working at the time told me to stand in line because my order wasn't ready. Mind you I placed my order on the app at 7:40 pm and received an email that my order will be ready at 8:05pm. I just got into an accident didn't have the energy or will to cook dinner so I ordered two foot longs for my boyfriend and I. I arrived at the location at 8:03 waited in line like the lady told me to while she makes about 8 footlongs. I understand there is only one person working but what she did afterwards was so rude. I had to sit down because I was standing in line for 30 minutes. My body still sore from the accident. I left the store at 8:47pm with my order. Betsy decided to attend two other people that came in after me which added more frustration. I was very patient. At the end of every this lady being rude , not having my order ready on time and serving other customers that were there after me i asked for a complementary soda and she said no. I said I was very unsatisfied with my experience here she said she would have to pay for the soda. So I said ok I understand and left. This was just horrible unpleasant experience my order. Do not recommend a pick up order here if your in a hurry or sick.
I like going to the store a lot it is convenient For me it's close to my house. And the people that work there are very nice to.

I am vegan and it was my first time ordering on subway thanks to Olga who helped me with all my questions. Excellent customer service, very clean place
Good place but was informed that they will no longer be serving the broccoli soup. That was very disappointing. I guess that i will have to locate a new place or another Subway that serves it.
This specific store is a franchise and sometimes the ingredients for the sub are not to fresh and normally they only have one person working.
