There was a time when I enjoyed a Subway sub, but that time has passed. This location was nice and the people friendly. I don't find the subs terrible, just barely edible when you are out of better food options, but there are now so many. I thought I would try again, but it will probably be a longer time still before I return. I don't see many people frequenting these shops and wonder how long the decline can last.
I had an amazing service experience from the staff here. I had four foot long sandwiches made by an employee named Annacalia. She was fast, accurate and service with a smile. Two thumbs up !!! P.S- Tip the employees by cash, not electronically.

Barbara does not know what customer service is. Always complaining about her job in front of customers which I think that's none of my business.More work less talking please, so you don't get a huge line.

Terrible customer service. Slow. Taking forever. Took over 30 minutes doing 3 sandwiches. I was late back to work. And it0p+ was empty. There were 2 workers and Only 1 doing our sandwiches. Unacceptable.

Listen to this story : Every Friday for lunch, my co-workers and I visit this place or to pick up subways to eat at the office. Today they denied us a glass to drink water, argued that if we wanted water we had to buy it, also she commented so loudly that we'd better go and eat rice and eggs at our houses and not bother her to the restaurant. We will never return to this place. I hope the owners take action. We cannot let the lack of education ruin our businesses and tarnish the image of our city.
