Great CS and Awesome Coffee and Food ?
Good newly refurbished Starbucks. The drive-through takes 4 ever. But such is the case these days everywhere.
I had a delicious, Double Dirty Hot Chai...ask for one and you will get a steaming cup of Chai Tea with two shots of expresso. The Chai is slightly sweet with a tinge of spice and the expresso is... expresso❤... twice.
Smaller than other ones nearby but they have a drive thru, outdoor seating and always have everything available from the menu. Ask for a puppuccino for your dog. Mine always asks for one at the window, too cute..
We went to this Starbucks today and we were told that they don’t make orders from social media. The guy that took our order said “we only make these drinks for ourselves” and that they “didn’t like making these type of orders”, which is absurd because we could have ordered the same drink through the app for pickup and they would have had to make it regardless. It was only a caramel cookie crumble Frappuccino with a creme base that we asked for and the purpose of showing them the Tik Tok video was to help them understand what we wanted because it isn’t a typical menu item. We’ve gotten the same order at other Starbucks without any issues, I don’t see why this was such a bother for the employees at this location when we are paying for the drinks and service. If a customer is willing to pay, the employees shouldn’t try to deny the service if they have the ingredients needed for the drink.
The service is always fast and friendly! My order is always spot on!
I came to this Starbucks at 8:30 pm since I saw online that they close at 11pm. I get there and everybody is mopping and cleaning almost giving the impression that the place is closed. When I go to order food I’m informed that there’s no food available at all only the handful of thrown around items that are on the shelf. I assume that the employees are very eager to go home at the end of the day so that’s why they start closing 2 and a half hours early and deny anybody else service. Also the place was practically empty and I didn’t get my drink for about 20 minutes because everybody was either loudly FaceTiming or just conversing with each other.

The people are nice, I ordered a blueberry muffin tasted like lemon, the pumpkin spice latte tasted like hot milk (yuck) maybe they were off today but I will not risk going to this location again and getting terrible food and drink.
