I typically love this location. Today I placed a mobile order and rushing (so my toddler didn’t have a meltdown in the car) I accidentally clicked to pick up inside. I called the store and asked if they could please bring it outside, that I meant to do curbside.The girl who answered in a flat tone said “I’ll take care of it.” I apologized twice and thanked her. No reply, she said something like ok bye.When she came outside to bring my items, I apologized and thanked her again and said I have my two kids in the car (if you’re not blind you can see that) and that’s why I couldn’t go in.She had the NERVE to *nicely* (but really it’s not nice if you’re saying it like I’m some repeat offender) scold me about it and tell me when they have to do this they lose labor. So…then why do you have a curbside option anyway? Aren’t you still losing labor if I placed curbside? It was annoying and unnecessary and she just seemed like she said it because she was annoyed and wanted to say her piece. Barf. I’ll go to the other Starbucks in Miami Lakes that more out the way instead since I disrupt their labor.

Horrible service. They are not friendly. Long wait drive-thru and they don’t even apologize for it. When at the window, I mentioned the long wait and they just handed me my order and didn’t even say thank you for your business or have a good day. It’s not the first time. I work in the area and keep hoping for a better experience when I return but different staff with same bad, unprofessional attitude.
I always see them working as a team to overcome the morning rush. Thanks for the consistent coffee, guys!
I’m this type of person who love Starbucks but this one is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had they take for ever to do a simple drink and when they handed me the drink it tasted horrible. I always get the same drink because I love it and I’ve only been in this Starbucks only once and this is the first time I get it and it’s not the drink I asked for I don’t know how they made it or put on it but it tasted awful

Great location. They are only doing take out at the moment but service is quick and there are no lines.
I never give bad reviews, but this one deserves it. I order 2 pumpkin coffe hot a and cold and 2 frappucinos. The girls who took the order was nice, I left 5 dollars, but the guys who prepared my order wrongly gave me the 2 pumpkin coffe cold, and jumped 4 orders over me for no reason, I waited like 10 minutes, I hope it was a mistake, but it was very suspicious that a young guy, working in starbucks serving a guy with an USA cap like me was targeted, Like I said I hope I am wrong.is Starbucks USA flag people friendly?
I waited for 15 minutes and I was only able to leave with the food and not the drink because of how “backed up” they were. I was already running late for work and suggest getting more people because this was very upsetting.
