Horrible service. Great food. If you place your order on the screen when you enter the employees will disregard your order and attend to customers arriving after you. This happened to me more than twice so today I decided to walk straight to the cashier to see if they will make my food right away and I was still ignored and served after customers who entered after me. I also paid for extra sauce that was not placed in my bag and I left a tip. This is the first ever review I leave of a restaurant because it's just not something I do. But be aware the employees and service are not good at all. But the food is always great. Thats the only reason I still go there.

Absolutely love this place. Good, healthy options on the menu but delicious. They stuff the wraps super thick so you really get your money's worth. The fresh juices are also quite tasty. Recommend!

Every time I come here its always a pleasure the staff are always friendly no matter if its slow or busy. They take their time to explain everything and if they have some new items available that maybe on your last visit they didn't have. I live in Homestead and make the trip up here for the food and the customer service. Thank Guys and Girls much appreciate your efforts in continuing that awesome customer service ??????

Everything here is healthy and tasty, try the passion fruit bowl and empanadas!!!

No tropical vegan empanadas even though it's on the menu & I verbally asked if it was TROPICAL vegan. The bathroom is very dirty.Juice was good.

Boss man if you're reading this I paid $14.81 for a tuna wrap that had two scoops of tuna and the only thing extra was guacamole. I think you need to have a talk with your employee(chubby guy with blonde highlights). I mean who puts two scoops of tuna.

The food is good but the atmosphere isn’t. Employees aren’t friendly especially the male cashier tall black hair with a hat all the time. Employees look bothered and act bothered. I used to visit 4-5 times a week but now it’s once a month and now even less after today.

It used to be that if you had a long work day your options were cooking (nope not for me), extending your fast or greasy fast food. However, I noticed this Smoothie Spot close by one of the gyms I go to and decided to stop in. It turns out they're open until about 11PM on weekdays. The format is the usual "make your own bowl", but unlike the regular places quinoa is among their grains. They also have different sweet peppers and tofu for those so inclined. The meat & green have been pretty fresh-tasting & they have a nice spread of condiments. Their smoothies are also pretty good - the PB&J one with fresh berries and protein powder is my favorite!

First time tried this place. Drove from East Hialeah to pick two bowls 1) Chicken bowl 2) Steak bowl paid a little over $30. When I got my order the avocado (paid extra) was black and the chicken bowl had NO chicken. Had to drive all the way back after getting home. No manager was on staff! The staff looked clueless when I asked them if in any right mind do you think this is appropriate to serve an avocado in this condition to a customer! Turns out they didn’t understand because no one spoke English! As one employee tried to apologize the best he could. However, an apology is waste of time there wouldn’t be a need for an apology if people would do their job correctly! In the end I would NEVER order from this place and I would give fair warning that if you do check your food!

Horrible customer service, I went at 9pm and asked for a bowl of white rice and they put only a little bit of rice in it , i asked for more and they made it look like they were looking for the rice in the back just to come out after having us waiting to say there was no rice , how is there no white rice at 9pm when the place closes at 9pm. They threw the bowls aside without even asking if we were gonna take them like that . Again horrible customer service
