Had the chicken parmigian and it was very good. The soup was also very good. The oreo cheesecake was excellent. Typical neighborhood Italian eat in/takeout restaurant.
I will not order from any other place in Hialeah. Their Stromboli is the best I have ever had. Nothing compares to it. Staff is excellent. Order delivery. Parking is a headache.
Ordered the Sunday family meal (Large pizza, 10 wings and garlic rolls for our rehabilitation center visit and it was perfect for the family.
WHEN IT COMES TO REAL ITALIAN PIZZA SALVATORE IS SECOND TO NONE. HAVE BEEN GOING FOR OVER 30 YRS AND STILL THE SAME. THEY SHOULD HAVE THIS PLACE ENSHRINED AS HIALEAH NATIONAL MONUMENT. THANK YOU GUYS FOR CONTINUING TO MAKE THE BEST PIZZA EVER.
I haven't been here in over 10 years due to a job change that took me out of the area. Recently, I've been back down and remembered Salvatore for good food. It didn't disappoint! The lasagna was delicious! Salvatore's son now owns the place and he even remembered me from long ago. Great place, great food, highly recommend.
Pizza is great. Also had the lasagna and it was amazing. Definitely would recommend people to check them out
How does this place have a combined 4.5 star review? The only explanation is that people don't know what good pizza is. This place is also outrageously expensive for a low quality product. $50 for ONE large pizza is absurd. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Do not recommend.
Their daily specials are amazing. My new go to place for lunch. I love that I get a free drink and chips with an authentic Italian sub- everyday during lunch. There chicken wings are delicious and on Wednesdays they are only 75 cents each.Best pizza in South Florida. Their garlic rolls and pasta dishes are amazing. I love knowing I am supporting local small businesses.
Stopped by to pick up some things at the Presidente Supermarket. Tucked inside this busy strip mall hidden next to Flannagins is this gem of a pizza place called Salvatore Pizza and Pasta. Now you would never find this place if you were driving by because this isn't this big sign but you'd be missing out on some great pizza. The slices here at big, foldable cheesy ones just like NYC style. Great taste and chewy crust. One of the best slices I've had in a while and I love pizza. I was going to post a picture but I finished before I could get my phone out. Salvatore definitely passed the pizza test for me to try their regular menu items. Also the staff are friendly!
