First line customer service! Not only this location offers a great environment but an amazing customer experience. Cindia went above and beyond making our time with family there memorable . The food to die for! This location in particular deserves a 5star! Good job team!
We have been here three times and are very pleased. We have had their mainstay Cuban pizza and, even though I don’t care for this kind of so-called “pizza”, Polo Norte’s is perhaps the best I’ve tasted. I can say the exact same thing about their Cuban “espaguetis.” We have also had more conventional dishes like, Chicken “milanesa”, pork steaks and moro rice and they are great! The desserts we’ve experienced are rice pudding, which is spectacular, and “tres leches”, which is a huge portion, but just OK. The prices are fair and reasonable for the quality and portions they serve.The place is decorated with good taste (not your typical tacky Cuban restaurant decor) and is extremely clean!! It is nearly impossible to find a clean men’s room in a Cuban restaurant in the Miami metro area (seems Cubans have “mala puntería”) and the both times I’ve used the men’s room at this PSN Polo Norte they have been very clean. Hat’s off to the management! ?The service is very friendly, responsive and welcoming! Thank you!We will go back, and possibly many times!
The food is not bad. I enjoy it and it’s very convenient because it’s right by my house. However, I am sooooooo tired of them never getting my order right. I don’t know who is in charge of double checking but they always miss a side. When I tell you that 8/10 of my last orders have been wrong is pretty accurate. I don’t even call anymore to let them know because what’s the point? Last time the manager said they would put a note on my name to put the mash potato on the next order. What does that do for me when the mash potato was to feed my babies THAT day. And I am not going back once I’m home to pick up food they forgot to give me. I’ve waited so long to write a bad review to give them a chance to get it together . But at this point I give up.When the manager sees this please put a better process in place because I can’t be the only customer who’s orders your restaurant fails to get right.
When ordering online always make sure you receive everything you paid for is actually there and everything is cooked correctly.Almost every time I make an order, without fail, an item will be missing or something won’t be cooked correctlyTried to give this place another try but never again, stay away from this Polo Norte if you value you’re time and money
Food is alright whenever vou actuallv receive the correct order. 3/4 last times I've ordered I've had toget a full refund because of missing items or anything wrongly cooked food. Best not to waste yourtime and money at this location.
Do not order from this place through Uber Eats, the sent me a Fridge cold Crema de queso. No microwave at work, so can’t eat it. No resolution was provided by the restaurant or uber eats.
Although the place wad not crowded, The rice and fried plantains arrived cool to cold. It was shortly after 8:30 PM on a Thursday evening.
The food was delicious. Everything was! My whole family picked from each others plates and all of the different plates were really good.
Super nice place. Great decoration and excellent food. My kids and I We love the crema de queso. You should try it’s really amazing.
