It was horrible. I had the food delivered and I I had clear instructions for the food which were even printed on the receipt they gave me and the order was still wrong. I had to go to the store myself in order to get the right items. Had to go through the drive thru since indoor dining was already closed, this took 25 minutes. When I get to the window the manager was beyond rude, asks me to park to wait for the food and that they would bring it out to me, another 15 minutes go by. After which I had walk to the drive thru window only to find my food had been sitting there for a while and the ma ager was still being rude screaming that they were working on it when it had been ready for a while. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had. Horrible management.

I parked and waited inside for 45 minutes and when I asked about it again, they told me it wasn’t ready- not even started. It was also pretty empty, not busy at all. Once I finally got my order (an hour late) the protein from both bowls was missing and the ingredients were all mixed up between the two bowls.
I enjoy eating here, especially when I am in the neighborhood. This is my go-to spot for a quick bite at a reasonable price. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Customer service is also nice, but it could be a little better. The restaurant's cleanliness and portion size always impress me.

I ordered a chicken tropichop and asked for the beans on the side. They gave me a side of black bean juice with no beans. After working 10 hour shift and having this experience, I just threw away $10 in the trash.I do not recommend. I will not return.
Just absolutely horrible service. Leaving pollo tropical as a whole because it is not worth the headache of never getting orders right, attitude when asking for anything and seeing the manager and employee disrespectfully arguing loudly in front of customers and not only having to wait the long car line but then waiting again inside because they passed my order to the next car. Operated poorly and don’t give me your petty response.
Ordered 1/4 chicken meal..pork meal and chicken soup. Chicken was so undercooked and still bloody. Pork dried out. Ceasar salad side was a joke...no bigger than a yogurt cup. I should have realized empty bbn drive through and dining area. Very disappointing visit
Place was good . Not packed like usually other ones are … now the menu .. interesting.. sideways !. Wonder who can read that !
If you want authentic Hispanic food for good price and even faster service you got to come here great food sometimes the staff is not really that welcoming but you get over it when you taste the food
There was a nasty roach in the beans.... Never eat there again.....
