I loved the food, but I was give half of a half of breast, the cashier at the drive thru was passing my bag to me and black beans had spilled all over inside the bag. I pointed it out to him before reaching for it. He said yeah a little bit of beans spilled. I said to him, im not accepting that food like that please change the bag. He gave me a look. As though "how dare i inconvenience him and his line". Than i asked for 2 garlic sauce to dip my meats ok in because it is to doe forAnd a manager came and started talking to him so i had to wait, than the manager passed me 2 and it was with a surprise in my hand sauce was all over the one's he gave me, so now my hand is covered with thisI can't. Smh. service was fair. Everything else with the beans spilling in my bag was unacceptable. I paid over $20 i think I've earned the right to get good packing of my food, presentations is everything, even when you eat at restaurants.Very messy.
Every time I go to this Pollo Tropical, they don’t have a certain something, like Cilantro sauce!! A lot of people go to pollo tropical for this particular sauce. Another thing is I ordered a tropic chop and I get little bit of chicken, and the side avocado is three tiny pieces. This is the only pollo tropical that always has an issue’ manager needs to reevaluate it’s staff, customer service and maintenance!
The best part of Pollo Tropical is the consistency of their Food, it's always same Tropical quality flavor, the continued innovation of their Menu is always a hit.Service at Dinner time kind slow but understandable...
The best Pollo Tropical I've eaten from. All the food was fresh and the chicken was sooo juicy, well-seasoned and not burnt! I feel like this is what Pollo Tropical tasted like when the franchise first started.The drive-thru moved smoothly, service was excellent.There is a Pollo half a mile from my home but the service and food are so terrible, drove miles out of my way to try this one. Thank goodness I did. It was worth it!
Unfortunately I have been here several times and feel like they can never get my order right. After waiting in a very very long line I am always told they are out of several items when I go to place my order. No yellow rice last time I went and no balsamic tomatoes... I could not even get out of the drive-through without going all the way through and wasted 40 minutes of my time. And the time before that it was a very similar situation and I had to return after getting all the way home with the wrong order. The manager was not very helpful and not apologetic she exchanged my order and gave it to me but was quite cold. Not the way it is supposed to be. The food is tasty I must add however this location is not the best.
Food was good, good price, friendly clerks, long line. Need to look after the younger workers cause my landlord started to harass the girl in Spanish and she could only smile.
We came in to buy dinner. We ordered dark meat in our family meal and the gentleman serving was going to give us mixed. However, the young lady went and got us the dark meat. We also ordered 2 tropi chops and both were done incorrectly. One was to be done with yellow rice, tomatoes and corn, but they added onions and peppers also. The other was to have everything and the black beans and tomatoes were to be on the side so if I didn't eat it all at once I could reheat without the tomatoes the next day. In addition, they didn't have any sauces other than cilantro sauce and this has been happening foe some time already.
Seriously Iam not happy..never again too many times orders wrong..little amount of food long wait no matter how you order..and the worst hair in .my salad
If you need to order from this location make sure to never make it online. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:07 and didn't receive it until 40 minutes later. 20 minutes into waiting we asked about our order and found out they were ignoring all the mobile orders completely. The food might be good but it is not worth the lack of respect and cleanliness of the workers and the restaurant.
No screen tv for menu, drive thru block streets, personal dons know what they have or not.
