For the last few months the service has been terrible however the food is good. I often order lunch from them while at work and the food (especially the rope vieja) comes all messy and the sauce all spilled over the rest of the order. Also the girls who answer the phone are extremely rude and often take the order down wrong. I will not be ordering from here again because of the poor communication and delivery services.
I put in an order today for dinner, my husband when to pick it up and sat at the bar where he was ask about his order half an hour later food wasn't ready someone else ask what name his order was under turns out they charged the order then cancel it. Not an I'm sorry or please wait we will redo ur order, no, It's cancel goodbye. Clearly the order wasnt cancel by us as we where waiting for our food for over 30 minutes. Took our money out of the bank and then just cancel the order. I will not be coming back service was mediocre and rude.El servisio no sirve. Purse una orden, fuy a recojerla media hora despues me dijeron que la orden habia sido cancelada no fuimos nosotros sacaron El dinero del banco y despues cancelaron la orden. Ni siquiera se disculparon.
Good cuban food. Great service. Small place though. Large groups can wait a long time for service.
I love love love the food here. But i put a 3 star because it is toooooo cold in here to eat. We asked the waiter if she can put up the ac and she said the owner is the one that can do it. Everyone that walked in was literally walking out to get a jacket. Everyone was freezing. So cold that our food was cold when it came out. Unfortunately we did not bring a jacket but now we know for next time.

I used to like this place but they have lost their quality in the food and are serving very small portions… Service was very good atleast. I wont be going back though
wine price was excellent 4.4 rated bottle Sequoia Grove 2018, with market price of 80 they sell for 65.
Michelin worthy. Best representation of Cuban food in a saturated Cuban food city.
