Nice stop, in the middle of warehouses, mid day. Good food, but the server has to be polite. She wasn't all that friendly to another customer who didn't speak Spanish, so I tried to translate. The server looked at me as she didn't understand what I was saying to her in Spanish. The other customer was polite, so it's just the server. Besides that, it's a nice place to grab a bite during your lunch hour if you are in the neighborhood.
Okay spot! Came here for an early morning pick me up and the prices match the market in general. Prices will be higher than menu pricing due to shortages. (Most just add a service charge right now)Note that you have to have some level of Spanish to be more successful with the outcome of your order.Only negative is no vegetarian options. While I can get a whole breakfast for 7-8 bucks. My Spanish wasn’t strong enough to request my order as a dish however. Getting plantains, rice and beans just as side was 9 dollars which makes this a place I cant frequent daily as id like to before work. (Add coffee and its a 12 dollar daily expense plus tip). Its frustrating as the cost of my entire meal is like 1 dollar in food items.
When I read a review telling me check your bad before you leave please check you bag before you leave. They always forget something. I decided to pick up some food and when I got back something was missing. I called and they told me we’ll come and pick it up because you already paid for it. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!. Other than that the food was great. The beans were a little watery but good.
Delicious Latin food. So if you're around the area you must try this place.
Ladies on the morning take good care of customers in general. Sometimes food is little bit salty and sandwiches not completely pressed.
