We have been ordering from this restaurant for about a year. However, during that year, we had issues with the delivery app.Firstly, they do not open the app when the restaurant opens at 7am - They open it around 10-11 am, not giving you the opportunity to order breakfast on time. We have called in the morning (around 7:30-8 am) to ask them to open it, and they say they will do it immediately, and that has not been the case. They either don't open it, or open it closer to lunch time.When the app is closed, you are able to schedule orders to be processed an hour after they open, triggering the app to open for that particular order. However, they go ahead and cancel the order, and make the app completely unavailable at that point. Also, at some point they had an item available, and did not show it on the app. making you have to call the restaurant and have them turn on that item to be able to order it, which is inconvenient, time consuming, and unnecessary.Overall, all we have had with this restaurant is headaches, and we have had it. Never ordering again, thanks to all the staff who refuses to operate the app properly knowingly.We found another restaurant that can fulfill our requests in a satisfactory way. They are a bit pricier, but we do not mind as long as we get serviced properly.
It says it’s opened but all the lights are turned off. Call ahead. Waste of time.

The service was great, the chuleta Caleña was very good. But unfortunately the buñuelo was awful.
I order food from here at least 1 a week and it’s always the same great quality. Food is always fresh and hot when it arrives. Great Colombian food.

Wonderful place to eat. Haven’t been to Colombia in a few years so since I was in town I had to stop by here. The juices are super natural and feels like you’re eating it instead drinking it. Will make this a regular spot I go to next time I’m down here.
This place is nice. It's my first time at this location and I had a good time with my boyfriend. Boston Market always has great food and the ovens are brick ovens! Some other locations have the electric ovens which give the chicken a different taste I'm not used too. Overall, a pleasant spot to eat at if you just want a chill bite with a friend or significant other.
The food from this place is terrible. I ordered a “bandeja paisa” and grilled chicken. I was terribly disappointed. The food looks and taste old. Whatever they call ground meat looks and tastes like saw dust. The chicharrones were the size of fingers. Not a single item had salt or pepper. The chicken was extremely dry and without flavor. Just a terrible experience.
