The customer service from the manager and the employee “Kevin” is so terrible. Tje girl who makes the shakes says it’s chocolate and it literally water with syrup. Besides the fact that my frappe cup is broken so the whole frappe was dripping.
This McDonald's was a very nicely laid out place .... It included a PlayArea for your lil loved ones and a thoroughly cleansed bathroom. The food was exeptional but the meat was a little smelly and the food was not properly called out. Other than that it was awesome:)
really bad place. 20 minutes in my car waiting for food (order was done online). Only teen works at this place, they don't care about you as a customer. Classic spider hole in Hialeah.No apologize received for the incident. 07/23/2022 between 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Pls avoid this franchise.

The place is good not saying it’s bad but the night shift always get the order wrong or there just flat out deaf
It’s a great place to have fun with kids, but there’s a problem with some of the employees, some of them work a lot and the other half don’t. I have to wait more than 20 minutes for 2 ice creams (it was a Friday a 3 pm not so many people at that time)
Worst mcdonalds out of Hialeah. Best mcdonalds is in 29th st. Lady in the morning has THE worst attitude. Hire better people with better attitude management or don't work at all. Simple as that. I know they're reading this too so lmfaoo ?
Clean and quiet place. Fast service and well attended.
This is the worst place. Customer service socks. I stood at the front for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I left. Will never come back. This use to be a good place. Not anymore.
Breakfast is always good but the chicken sandwiches stay away from the are reheated a million times and taste like rubber
