Hot food quick service . English muffins were chewy and barely toasted.
Lobby has been closed in the afternoon for the last 4 times we've visited this McDonald's. It's been around 3pm, not late night or anything of the kind. Terrible experience, be ready to extended wait time in the drive thru. Owner should know this is a dysfunctional place!!!
I went 3 times and there is always a delay with my order, the new system with the shelf service is not working. The service is awful. Sorry but 3 times in a row is not a coincidence.
I dont recommend very nasty service, labors dont worry about costumers, they talk a lot, dont care if costumers waiting
Awful, they lock the door and stated that they're closed... just drive thru, at 3pm.. so why do they even have mobile pick up in the restaurant??? I go through the huge line for drive thru only because they charged my card already.. but last, there was a rat by the drive tru... I really can't make this up.
Dine-in & take-out is until 10PM the Manager locked the door at 9:45 PM. (fyi this Mc Donalds is less than a quarter mile from a funeral home.) I am ordering for 9 people who were just sitting in there for 4 hours. I could have used the drive thru but it is very difficult to check such a large order in a car.Set a time and post it when the last person can enter and do not raise you voice to your staff if you are not paying attention to the floor. I hope my food is good.
Even though their Google listing was never updated and the hours on the building still list 24/7, they were closed and wouldn’t come to the window to talk to me. I was just wondering why they closed and if this was going to be a reoccurring event
This place just gets worse & worse by the day, i ordered a double filet and half of the tartar sauce was out of the sandwich, the fish was cold too. No napkins.
5 starts for EDA at the drive thru window, she is always very nice and pleasant to deal with. Provides a wonderful service with a big smile and positive attitude.
The worse place to give your order and literally wait 22 mins to get your order. Horrible service, even the manager is rude, not to mention the workers. The line is extremely long and they have three people working there at all times. There is never any milkshakes after 7 p.m. Disaster place. You ask for sauce and look at you like you've committed a crime. Do not recommend.
