This might be the worst restaurant in Miami. They ALWAYS take forever. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. The employees are rude. Half the time the employees don’t speak English and have no idea what is on their own menu. They close early. Their presentation is sloppy. This place is a McJoke
They forgot to put the other bun on the burger. My order was placed through the app so when I get there to be picked up. It wasn’t ready. I had to go inside. The manager or supervisor is a mess. Super chaotic inside the way she talks to the employees. Screams basically. The food was soggy, the chicken nuggets were not fresh. It was horrible.
Worst McDonald's in Hialeah. Not once do I ever come to this place at night and they make me wait at least 40min in drive thru. I'm here right now once again and I've been 32 min in line and my order has not been taken.

Food was ok, but customer service was poor. Unhappy employees ?, I'm sorry for them but I'm just a hunger client. Next time I will go to 7 eleven, worst food but nicer environment.
I'm not one to give bad reviews to McDonald's but this one of the worst I've been to. I ordered about 8 plain cheeseburgers and I checked them because I have a bunch of kids who are picky. One of them had ketchup and onions and when telling the lady at the window with a nasty attitude she's seriously sitting there telling me that no it's plain but that it didn't have a sticker. I had to give her a attitude right back to tell her I opened it and it wasn't plain! She was absolutely rude. I don't think I've run across anyone nice there actually.
This store makes people wait in the drive thru just to see if they leave. Me and my girlfriend saw on the screen they have 7 cars per hour meaning they only serve 7 cars an hour. Ridiculous and they have the worst attitude.
Love McDonald's! This is my quick fix for days like today, full of long medical appointments with the kids, errands and zero time for cooking. Happy meals are a reward. The twins were super brave with their shots today and this was my way of showing them I'm super proud. They absolutely love it for the taste and the variety. I absolutely love it for the same reasons and the fact that it is always an option when time is lacking and when it is ok to be lazy and leave all the crazy dieting behind for a minute. Five stars!

Lately McDonald's employees are unhappy and sadly rude...if you are not a people person McDonald's should not be your career choice or job.Sad to say my kids like it and they are usually at every corner
