absolutely disgusting. the night crew needs to be retrained on how long to cook their meat….. Throughout the training and implementation of the fresh beef all restaurants are supposed to have had been taught on how to properly adjust and dial in the grills so things like this do not happen…
Got a taste for McDonald's and trust I only eat there breakfast so this was seroius. I placed my order and the young man who took my order LOL because I wanted a double fish.. but as luck would have it I got my food and drove off sistracted by those amazing fries... so i reach for my sandwich and its WRONG? I turn around go back with sandwich and receipt in hand and this girl carries my sandwich open to show her coworkers, now its 3 people standing over my sandwich Im possed as I watch her place the extra fish on top and brings it to me... I bought lost my cool when I asked her was that sanitary with a straight face she said they used thongs?then they all started speaking spanish (So disrespectful) ????That's what I get for going to hialeah#GimmieBackMy$$$I'm over it!
I looked up the hours for this location, saw that it closed at 11:00, drove here, got here 10:45, and they refused to serve me and said they were closed. Don't waste your time.
Came in around 9:30pm to order hamburger, frappe, fries. Drive thru guy said they don’t have any frappe’s right now. Probably didn’t want to start the machine back up and have to clean it again. My hamburger had cheese on it. Fries were terrible too. The night crew here sucks.
Horrible service. Employees are rude. The employee at the window cursed at me without will and disregard in front of my juvenile son. The manager was oblivious to the situation, Even tho she was standing right next to her employee. The female manager said to find somewhere else to dine after waiting approximately 45 minutes in the drive thru.
Went inside thinking it was going to be a faster service and it took long. When I got my order my quarter pounder with bacon the beef patty the meat was red inside.
They need to figure out there help situation I doordash and have to wait in the drive through forever for orders this make some of the deliveries not worth it from McDonald's cause there is almost always no tip on McDonald's orders
