I order ahead on the app and swing through the drive thru to pick-up frequently for lunch. The employees are very nice and the food (even the ?) is fresh and hot. Would be 5 stars but, the inside of the restaurant could be a bit cleaner. That's why I use the app and drive thru. Perhaps this message will reach the managers?
The kiosks are unable to receive my payment. I tried to pay at the register but the staff redirected me to a the kiosk. I left without my order.

the service is really bad i went today with my son and i was waiting for almost 20 minutes and nobody said anything about i had to order in the machine they were talking and looking to the people in the line and nothing ,so i decided lo leave without order is horrible
There’s a girl with glasses at the window at 12:59pm that got mad because I asked for some napkins. Also no straws on my order.Terrible service at this location

The food was good at this location, that's why this is one of my favorite McDonald's to eat
In my opinion of all the mac donalds in the Hialeah area it is the one with the best service. They never say they have a broken ice frappe machine like the others. In fact, I'm going straight to this one instead of the others. I recommend it and give it 5 stars.
I placed an online order Sunday 2/20/2022 at 11:57pm , I got to the window at 12:03am ( 6 minutes later) I waited at the window for more than 10 minutes, and nobody came to tell us that they where closed , they were cleaning inside ignoring us !!! After I knock on the window few times they came to tell me that I have to cancel the order because they closed at 12am ,,, NOW I'M WONDERING!!!! SINCE WHEN THIS MCDONALD'S CLOSED AT 12AM ????????
I don’t understand why that at certain hours this McDonald’s is not in service or only taking cash- this is very odd to my know since it’s a 24 hour drive thru
