Great service and delicious fresh ?! Drive thru staff was very professional, courteous, and efficient.
Ok place, like any other McDonalds, clean and order kiosks. Unfortunately though they have a NO-REFILL policy and pack the ice. So when ordering I suggest go easy on the ice.
First I went and nobody was answering at the speaker, waited over 10 minutes till I decided to go to the window, nobody was there, went to park and saw the workers all sitting at a table eating pizza, went to tell them I had placed a order on the app and they went to make it, they made another other because they confused it with mine, they finally gave me my order and then I went home and saw one of the chicken nuggets bitten. Discusting experience McDonald’s on 54 street is wayyyy better.
I’m not the type that post bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to do this,This place at night is been so far the worse I have ever visited, the employees besides the fact that are very rude when answering on the drive thru, they’re not paying attention and on the phone, leaving people there waiting and waiting for no reason, they don’t have a clue about what customer service is or let’s just say they don’t care, about customers or their jobsI personally won’t be going to this location anymore
Customer service was awful.Tables were not cleaned.Didn't know they put condiments like mustard on your burgers without you asking.Had to wait around asking for ketchup whilst the girls stood right across from me, chatting and ignoring another guy at the counter who was also waiting to cash.
The worse service in the planet I’ve lived a block away for 30 years and rather travel further and go to a different location they always make you park and wait even when there’s no one in drive thru and even after that they still get your order wrong or give it to another customer to bring it back later after other customers already opened and looked at it all the employees here are always on the phone and not paying attention not to mention the bad attitude they have they are always really loud and there seems to be a party going on inside the place.
I wanted a REGULAR iced coffee, so I asked for it. But didn't get what I wanted and one of the employees goes to my education and he was very rude saying "Who gets a regular iced coffee" so i never ended up getting my coffee...
These location needs to understand that they need help in drive thru and kitchen..cars always backed up and parked waiting on orders..orders never right.not fair on them..customers have fought outside regarding this.take care of your employees please
If you’re hungry past midnight, don’t bother coming to this Mcdonald’s. The employees do not answer at the drive thru and literally hide in the back with the windows closed, I can see them all the time lmfao. Instead go to the Wendy’s nearby their customer service is always on point no matter the time it’s honestly comparable to Chick-Fil-A’s. :) and they won’t get your order wrong… trust me.
