We came here late after a night shoot and it was one of the worse experiences ever. No one spoke a word of English, not even the manager on duty. There was a man there spraying for cockroaches who was able to roughly translate that all they had was fries, chicken nuggets and soda. They claimed to be out of everything else which if that is true, that is poor management, however I think they are just plain lazy. I can't believe McDonald's allows this place to use their name.
I keep having bad experiences every time I come here the girls are rude they look at you annoyed they messed up on my order today they didn't even give me my receipt I had a water the hot cakes and a sausage biscuit.7:19 June 21 2022 Please fix your employees attitudes or i will call corporate this customer service could have been done differently and respectfully you got a bunch of girls in their that don't care about good customer service. BTW I got 2 items and a drink this is how much stuff I get they just throw anything in the bag all this is not necessary
I literally live 1 min away from thisMcDonald and I order from the Miami Lakes location because of how poorly and little attention the people that work in this McDonald pay attention to details towards there customers. Every time I placed an order on Uber eats the order would come completely wrong. Man try a little harder for the people that help you have work, if your not happy working there look for another job ??♀️ Just saying. And let’s not get started on the customer service. ??
Went with my mom and niece, drive thru was super long so my mom went inside. She didn't understand how to order through the screens so she asked to order directly with them and no one there wanted to take her order, they all told her no instead of helping her. When she asked for a manager, no one there knew who it was, they would all point at each other. We had to drive to a further McDonalds because they refused to take her order when it was a simple order. They were all doing something else, holding up the drive thru lane and inside orders as well. It is not the first time it has happened, I have waited almost an hour in the drive thru lane and it has been the same workers.
After waiting for 15 min in line at 1:40 AM we were informed that they only had filet of fish, fries, and sodas. Why was I waiting 15 min if the people ahead of me could only order a filet of fish, fries, and a soda. Unless they were still trying to catch the fish, I feel as if this wait time was quite long. Every time I come here it's something or another. Must be a curse. The filet o fish curae
I was the 3rd car in line (two cars in front of me) and waited for over 15 minutes before making it to the "Order Here", mind you its 2am. Not the first time they take forever. They claim both lanes are open "at all times" yet block one lane with "slippery when wet cones" constantly and claim the other speaker doesn't work. ??. I finally get to order, and apparently they are competing with Taco Bell because the employee's exact words were "all we have is breakfast burritos". Seriously, a McDonald's that does not sell Cheese Burgers, nor fries, nor nuggets. Worst McDonald's ever.
Bad service ever I ordered and stayed 45 minutes waiting for the order and had to go and pick it up. The order was standing waiting for somebody to carry to my table. The service here sucks every time y come I think you have to think about it and take care of customers

Absolute garbage. This location used to be great about 10 years back. Management and staff have really made this place a nightmare to go to. 45 minutes in any drive thru is unacceptable.
Rude! Refused to attend us after we already paid! Slammed and locked the window on me after screaming at me because THEY failed to charge me for something I ordered and wanted me to make the line all over again instead she created a huge outburst screaming at me and my kids before locking the window!! Grosera mal-parida!!! Mind you neither spoke English nor knew how to look up a price. Completely incompetent!
