This store shares the same troubles that all of Miami Dade stores are sharing lately, it seems when there is a change of shift or they don't want to work they tell you :" there is no frappes and no ice creams". Came from the other store 2 miles away and was the same thing. How the franchise owners can let this happen? Like me I'm sure tons of other clients would not stop by this store at this time of the day or at night.
This McDs sUks they never get your order correct. My last order for curb side pick up, I had to go in and get myself. My food was right infront of the guy getting cold. Wack
Rigth now they're attending just out side. I was inside and have to left the premises because they are short in crew.Shame on Macdonald's
Came to get some ice cream. It’s 9:18pm waited in long line . Just to be told the ice cream machine is cleaning than tell me to talk to manager . Manager say ice machine is not cleaning it’s over heated… so basically nobody wanted to do there job and didn’t have there stories straight
Went to a McDonald in Hialeah, when I got to the bjs on 57th avenue, realized that MCD had missed part of my order. FRENCH FRIES!! Since right next door to the bjs or I should say next to Walmart, I went in and explained the situation. Instead of correcting a wrong, they told me I had to drive 10 mins out of my way, go back to the store to then get the fries that I did not get. This is NOT great customer service. You think that if I was lying or watever I would go out of my way to get free fired??
Slow , slower service fish ? sandwich was down sized and sugars in the tarter sauce little to no lettuce sad sandwich no tomatoes to cover for the xx small ? fish LOL
Worst Macdonald i have ever visit and the worst part is the nearest to my house. No breakfast or any food before 6 am, no frappes or ice cream after 6 pm, and only cash late night.
Not only has this location messed my order in the past, I've tried not to complain cause I get it. Been in the industry to long to not get it, but to have a pregnant wife at home and with 16 mins to close I got an sorry we're closed. When asked about the midnight closing, I got yet another excuse of being understaffed. I wonder if corporate trains their ppl this way across the board, it is it in select location like their specials
The guy at the giving the food window was extra nice since the cooking staff forgot to make food the guy was nice about it and didn't have a bad attitude .
Waited 30+ mins in the drive thru just to be told they are closed at 11pm when it says 24 hours. The line barely moved. They could’ve just said they were closed instead of having people sit there all that time because they don’t want to work anymore.
