This message for the manager, need to take a hard look at the people you are hiring especially your night staff. Would love to know what kind of training they are receiving on customer service. First mistake, I order a #1 with a Diet Coke. I paid and head for second window. It was just after 9pm on April 28th. One of your employees hands me the bag, I look and don’t see my fries, I let the girl know and tell her I think they didn’t charge me, she proceeds to tell me that she can’t charge me at the 2nd window and that I have to make the line again. I said really, you cant take my card to window 1 and ring up a fry. She said sorry it messes with my time and walks away. I have never seen anything like this and I visit this store so much I should own stocks there.Teach them that quality and customer service supersedes turnaround times, supersedes everything! Go visit a Chic Fila and see the difference. Their customer service is impressive!
Show up at 4:30am and the two managers refused to attend me they said they were not 24 hrs yet the website said it was then I go around and they have 5 cars in the drive thru and they are attending them. They don’t want to work bad management
They ignore you inside which makes you use the kiosk. If you dont you'll be waiting forever. My food was good though!
The employees were kind. One employee that brought my food was so kind that I even wanted to tip her ?
Poor service and very rude.On 2-14-22 There were some executives that no education whats so ever.
This is the 2nd McDonald's this morning I've opted not to go because of the reviews. This side of town seems to be in need of a district manager.
Expect large lines in drive through during peak hours. Food was prepped quickly and presentation was good. It's a good McDonald's location to go to.
The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I have tried it several times since it's close to home and terrible every time. Drive through like takes forever and always get some part of your order wrong.
Love going to this Mc Donald’s the food is always fresh and the service is great specially from the manager Rihna.
