I stopped here for a smoothie and ended up ordering the açaí bowl. It was a busy day for me and I knew I needed something to hold me off until lunch. The bowl was delicious and did the job. The staff saw me working with laptop in hand and kindly told me to have a seat and enjoy my bowl and also gave me a cup of water without me requesting it. Immediately I felt welcomed with the fact they cared about me enjoying my bowl. The staff is genuine, kind, informative about the food they have to offer and very welcoming. Love it so much I stopped by again for a yard made shake and must say they will be seeing me more often! The shake was my favorite ?
I found this smoothie bar by chance, but I am glad I did. The owner was super friendly and made me feel like I was a regular. The smoothie I got was great. I got it just for the name “Juana la Cubana” it was delicious.
This place not only encompasses a gym with awesome vibes, they also have a good variey of juices (5) for you to choose from as well as smoothies, bowls and shots. You can even get the juices frozen for later use. The staff is super friendly.
The owner is super sweet, best customer service and specially in Miami where mostly everyone are rude. And the sakes are amazing. Will recommend to anyone who wants a sweet human to help not just get your money.

My partner and I got sick with COVID and as soon as I found out our test results, I texted Charlene and ordered two jars that night. She made and delivered them the very next day right at our doorstep. We immediately felt a difference when we took our first shot and from there on out, we made sure to have our ginger shots every morning before breakfast. By the second or third day, our body aches and congestion were minimal and we began feeling more like our energetic selves again. Thank you guys so much for helping us get through COVID and keeping us as healthy as possible throughout the process. I would definitely recommend these jars, they are freshly made and delivered to your door!
The ginger jars at los Gaines have been helpful for my wife and I. Having it every morning has been helping with her allergies and also keep our immune system on point.
