La Viña Aragón has been there for many years. The food is delicious and the plantain soup is the best in Hialeah.

Lots of good food, cheap. Lovely people as well. If you don't have cash, there is an ATM in the bakery in the same strip mall.
Excellent and authentic...be prepared with cash...they don't take credit cards...but the prices are very affordable....my wife and I had a wonderful meal and we spent about 25 bucks...a real deal..?
