Seems to be a popular place. Friendly staff. MY sopon marinero had 1 small shrimp, 1 empty mussel shell and 1 empty clam shell. Also a few small pieces of fish, 4 pieces of squid and rice. I will need to get the special sopon next time.They do not serve bread, so it was an extra charge to soak up the broth.The filet Dorado was ok, but I was charged for snapper at MP.Probably an honest mistake. May give another chance.
The waiters are very Friendly and Professionals and the Service is excellent and fast, the waiter She is Constantly Checking for the Quality of the food and if we need something else, and if everything is OK!I highly recommend La Minutera for all the family members, and Good Differences food and Excellent Quality ?!!
Went to this Cuban restaurant close to my uncle’s condo in hollandale beach. Had some of the best ride and black beans I’ve tried with perfectly cooked churrasco. My wife’s bacalao (codfish) was also delicious. For dessert, go with the tres leches although we also got a coconut flan to go. Very nice hidden gem close to strip mall.
I remember going to la minutera, it was not just minutas, it was all the food, anything you ordered was to full taste, the ambiance, the waiters, but today was not a good day at la minutera. The service was not the greatest, the rice was raspa, in balls, cooked hours ago, and cold, the shrimps not good at all, not even a glass of water was offered, not coming back. You need a make-over. Starting with the cook's, moving on to the restaurant. ?
The food the people was amazing only one bad thing to the owner please keep the bathrooms more clean

Quick lunch in a very local place if you not hurry. The seviche was OK but the Mahi was dry and over cooked.Price mach from what you get.I will go again and try the arroz con camarones that looks as the signature dish.
Clean, organize, authentic place.Great presentation and flavorful food.Excellent waiter.They made 70% of my business meal!!!After that, everything else was sooo easy.Thanx a lot!!!
