Terrible experience. Whoever worked today (Stella, apparently) was ridiculous. That’s probably not her real name but as a restaurant owner you should fire this girl immediately. Attitude from the moment she answered the phone. My order was completely wrong from beginning to end. What a joke. She was working on Tuesday at 6:30PM. For your sakes, let this girl go. This place definitely needs better management.
HORRIBLE! Every time I come they always mess up my order it’s like the workers don’t ever pay attention. Im keep giving them a try but never again.
Horrible Location. I guess the workers there lack knowledge and have language barriers about whats on the menu. I had the worst “phillycheese” in history. Just meat and cheese on a WHEAT bread when I asked for white. No peppers, onions, which shouldn’t be added or charged extra. Its part of the item. Oh yea and they NEVER give you the pickle unless you’re in person and ask for it. Dont uber eats this location and if you drive there you gotta speak spanish or plain stupid
I went to Firehouse this weekend, looking for the especially delicious steak and cheese I love…but what I got, more than the awesomeness of my food, was the excellence of service. Rey was incredibly professional, courteous and helpful with my order. So pleasant is he that it prompted me to write this review. I wish more staff at restaurants were this cool. Rey is a fantastic representation of this franchise. Employees like him must be complimented and incentivized. Keep up the good work!
This Firehouse subs in Hialeah the turnaround of employees it's incredible. It's more like a hit or miss place. Don't get me wrong I love Firehouse subs.

Very good sandwich and excellent customer service. Actually put napkins and extra sauces in bag for me. Recommended!
Every time I go in they're always out of meatball subs doesn't matter what time I go in. I will go to subway from now on.
This place is a joke. Ordered an Italian with only salami and veggies on white, got sent a sub on wheat bread with bell peppers and ham and salami... ONLY. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't mess up the other sub AND the drinks as well. Like, how mentally deficient do you have to be to mess up an order that bad? Will never order from here again and will definitely spread the word of how bad this place is.
First time actually coming here. There was only 1 girl out (granted there was nobody else in the store but me and my bf) she was very nice and quick with our orders. subs were tasty, not the best I’ve had but definitely would get them again!
