This place was discovered by accident. A friend suggested we have a freshly squeezed fruit juice, not out of a can, or from frozen bags, but from the fruits made into fresh juice. What a lovely surprise! The staff is pleasantly shy, yet friendly. But there is more, the name is truly misleading. I have no knowledge of the history of this place, but I surmise, that it started as a juice stand, and grew up to what it is today. So, do not be misled by the name. It is a food take out or eat in.One remarkable feature of this restaurant is the abundance and variety of foods. From all types of meats (sorry vegan people), especially pork, pork rinds, pork chops, as well as seafood, beef and of course, chicken! All of it, is extremely well decorated, nicely presented, with a staff helpful enough to explain certain foods, if you are not cognizant of the ingredients or combinations. In essence, "El Palacio de los Jugos" is not only about fresh squeezed juice, but also a welcoming different, ready to eat restaurant (sort of cafeteria) which will allow you to pick and choose your preferred meals. (Yes, vegans you can select a variety of good delicious, vegan alternatives). Truly, I highly recommend it, and would not be surprised if you make it one of your favorite places to visit often.Heynard

This place is the worst. I've been going here for years but lately employees obviously seem to not want to work because they're always giving attitude to costumers,, today was just the cherry on top, we went to get lunch for the office and one of my co worker's was accused of stealing an avocado because he placed it in his scrubs jacket pocket due to both of his hands obviously being filled with the food he was carrying, even after telling the man, he was going to pay for the avocado. I think first of all, that it is super disrespectful to scream out accusing someone of something so ridicule and threatening to call the police instead of approaching the person personally and speaking in a professional manner to address the situation, we're not animals, and I wouldn't even speak to my dog that way, second, we were dressed in scrubs with name tags, I don't think anyone in the health field would take the risk to go to jail over an avocado EVEN when we were carrying a decent amount of other things purchased. This obviously won't affect anyone but if the employees keep treating people the way my co worker was treated, this business is going to crash. If you don't like your job, quit and find a new one. Don't take your anger issues out on other people.

Ordered online (already paid). Got at place at the specific time. Had to wait 10 minutes for my meal. Ridiculous that I saw , 5 ppl coming after me, ordered walk in and got out quickly. I don't understand the benefit of ordering online and paying ahead.

Best place to have a fresh fruit juice in Miami

NOTE: Some of these restaurants are independent. The food is different and the prices are different at other locations. At this particular location I ordered shredded beef, mixed rice and boiled yuca with iced tea and it was ~$14 & change + tip and tax. I ordered the EXACT same platter at the SW 8th st location and paid $6.95. Also prices at this location are not posted conspicuously as well as other locations. A customer doesn't know where the line begins and there are no numbered tickets. A customer knows where the line ends though..the cash register. The food is still worth it. Great variety, Great portions. REAL Natural fruit drinks. Hint: The fresh fruits are right there. If any of these El Palacio De Los Jugos happens to move next to your restaurant, consider moving. I would give them 5 stars except for the pricing and food discrepancies.

Love the window and the cook that makes my son and I the pan con bistec. Angela is also very fast and provides the best customer service every time I go.

I ordered the guarapo (sugarcane juice) and my friend ordered the maracuya juice. 16 oz cup of juice is $3, which is a good portion for me. They make the guarapo right after you order, so it takes a while to get your order but it is very fresh. I appreciate that they add only a little ice to the cup. The lady who took our order was very out of it, she gave my friend the wrong juice but eventually she got it right. The place was crowded on a Sunday afternoon. You can order from the window outside.

Awesome!! That's what I say about this page. Good is delicious, and you get so much food for the price that it just doesn't seem right!! I love the fact that I can pay for a plate of food at a very good price, and know that I'm eating two or maybe three times from that serving!! I definitely recommend this for the big eaters!!

What a gem! Great food. Cheap prices. Large portions. Helpful if you have someone who speaks Spanish. The food in my picture was $5.99.

This is the third time in a row that we go for chicharrones and they were under cooked. The skin are soft and soggy. The only reason I won't return them is simply not worth the gas money, or the traffic hassle. They can keep them from now on. $31.87 worth.
