The ordering process was fine. But the order fulfillment part was painfully slow took 30 min from the time I ordered till the time I received my order.3x latte, 3x sandwiches.To make matters worse I was not the only one affected.Not sure if it was related to understaffed location (1x at counter, 2x in the food area, 1x at the coffee area) but the speed I felt was bad.Calling up the orders was done by repeating the order and not the order number which added to the delays . because food and drinks were mixed up by different customers.Please either provide better training, head count or let another business take the space.
This store was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Thought I had gotten lucky when I saw there were not many people at this location. To my disappointment they didn’t have a wide variety of donuts or muffins available. Definitely was not worth the stop. Since they didn’t have what I wanted I opted for a sour cream donut which was fried to long. The taste was horrible. I typically love this donut but this was like eating fried lard. Will not this mistake and stop at this location ever again…everybody doesn’t drink coffee and therefore want to stick with what they are known for…DONUTS.

Got my morning Matcha late with Coconut milk only, new veggie bagel bites, they are so delicious. They are so courteous and helpful. Very pleasant. It was a pleasure stopping in before work. Brightened up my day ?☺️ ?. Keep up the great service.
Im here waiting here they told me to wait 4 times having 2 people and nobody taking care of customers wasting my break time
Yesterday I went and Natti was on her own and let me tell you She was more than wonderful she was Amazing and by her self and there was like 4 people and she did all the orders with a big Smile. Managers please take care of your people like her Natti it was on 4/26/22 Around 5:20-6:00 so you can see the camaras, she deserves a Raised or a Bonus atleast. Loved her Customer Service!!!
If I could give it NO STARS I would. This morning I ordered Ice Coffee, and one Medium coffee with no cream and only sugar (NO CREAM). The lady behind me ordered ice coffee as well. While I was waiting for my ice coffee, the lady behind me got her ice coffee before me. They brought me the hot coffee covered already, I didnt look inside (which I should have) Then, I waited patiently for another three minutes and I asked if they were going to give me the ice coffee, to which they replied they had to make it and that it was going to take about 3 minutes. I had only 7 minutes left to get to work on time. I could not wait. I asked for a refund for the ice coffee, but she wouldnt give the refund complaining that she had to wait for the machine to cool the coffee otherwise it would be hot.Guess what... the coffee WAS hot, not cool. And when I got back to work, Late, the hot coffee had cream in it which I cannot have. Totally unsatisfied with my order. Got ZERO items correct. Instead of giving me a refund like I asked, they made me wait more to give me a coffee that wasnt even cool. The people serving here are not good servers.
Bunch of clowns working here. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without being greeted. The 2 girls behind the counter just laughed as we walked out. Get your business together
