Donuts were good. The strawberry dragonfruit refresher (edited) was too extremely sweet to be enjoyed. But this is our go to Dunkin when visiting Miami Springs
First of all , when i came they to take my order I found it Different from what I made in the app.I asked them to put sweet cold foam , and they did not put.Also ,The drink was fully with Ice.I felt like I drink water not coffee.Also Bad service.I will not come back again.
Horrible, stale doughnut and a hair and bug in my coffee, as i returned the coffee, the nasty, dirty looks from all the staff really surprised me. I regret being almost forced to tip...what for?.
Even though the place is claims it is open 24/7. I have never been able to get my order after midnight. Yesterday, I ordered donuts through the doordash app for pick up. I went to the location when I received a notification that my order was ready. The night shift worker (Robert) of Dunkin Donuts shut down the store at 12.30 am and refused to accept any orders and give to me my order. He also said he didn't receive my order. I got very confused, was this place really open 24/7 or not? Who decided the opening and the closing times? I attached the picture from yesterday. the sign says it's open 24-7 whereas the store was closed at midnight.
Slow service. I asked for a toasted bagel and they microwaved one from the day before; It was TOUGH as shoe leather.
Poor selection and what we bought turned out to be stale. I am sure it had been prepared 2-3 days before, far from fresh. Will not go back.
Very nice place, good music in the background and a very good atmosphere. To chat with friends and eat some delicious donuts
This is one of my favorites Dunkin' in the area, the service is always great ! The employees are really nice and in a good mood , I recommend the Dunkin’ app to save some time if you’re in a hurry it’s easy to use and very convenient . Great work guys keep going !
This location is one of my favorite location. They always fix my drinks correctly and promptly because I use the mobile app religiously.
No bilingual speaking employees, they demand you to speak spanish, instead of asking politely ... just a reminder we're in the USA....Only two employees + manager serving this area, bathrooms look like they were never cleaned ...employees have to be trained correctly to serve the public with respect beginning with the manager and the donuts tasted like they were from the day before...sorry but not what it used to be , before pandemic...won't waste my time nor money at this location not worth it...
