The food was good but the counter service was unexpected no one understood English
I ordered online and went for pick up. The order was ready..I got a family meal..the food was delicious specially the chicken! The lady was nice too. To me it was much better than pollo tropical. I will definitely be back.I’m surprised they only have one location.
This is what I got for $15. No I didn’t order a drink or dessert. Everything you see in the picture is what costed me $15 after taxes and service fee.That ridiculousness aside, the food tasted pretty good, it was seasoned well and the sauces were delicious. The steak was very thin and dry.Definitely not worth the cost. I know the economy is bad and prices have gone up but the food I got definitely did NOT justify the price, not even close. Waste of money. I go to the Fritanga by the Publix and get the same take out box filled to the brim with entree, rice and beans, and two additional sides for the same price. You could go almost anywhere for the same price and get 2x or even 3x the amount of food for the same or better quality.
Was my favorite restaurant. Still have no issue with the food but I went in to order and the lady went from taking orders and touching cash right to preparing food and touching all the utensils used to do that. Walked out and haven't been back since.I don't know how people are so callously filthy in the food industry. If I didn't have my own convictions, the way I was raised wouldn't allow me to be like this around other people's food. Then if you point out the filthiness of it they act like you did something wrong. That's why I just left and haven't returned since.
Always delicious and fresh. You have to try their grilled pork chops, as they are so juicy and tasty, the fried fish and chicken. The black Cuban beans and fried cassava & sweet plantains amazing. I don't go to Pollo Tropical anymore. Prices are really fair. Highly recommended by a person that knows what good food is, as I love to cook.
I ordered two meals through Doordash and the order came completely wrong ( it was someone else's). I realized right after dasher had left so I called her. She answered-Sorry this is what Don Pollo gave me so if it the items are wrong you need to contact them. I was in a rush so didn't have the time to reorder and wait for it. We more or less ate whatever we got. Looks like these people don't check what they give to the delivery person. First time I order from this restaurant and fur sure the last.
Food is good but they lack in a bit of service. I took 40 mins to get the 4 drive food orders and they missed a whole meal. I ended up with only 3. Never apologized for their mistake.
Great tasting food at a very decent price. I especially love the ceviche and the chicken breast / salad / potatoes plate. Call in pick up order seemed faster than walk in take out.
The Food here is delicious , I went with their Lomo Saltado & my Wife went with the Pork Carnitas. This place doesn't have enough popularity and I honestly don't know why.10 out of 5This is my new favorite Latin Restaurant , Definitely better than Hormiga De Oro
The bean sauce is amazing but then they give u like 2 and a half burnt sweet plantains
