Very polite but we asked for garlic butter on the crust... it's starting to taste like cardboard again.
I ordered pizza at 7:10 pm and by 9:00 pm it was not delivered. Store never answered the phone, one hour hold time and nothing. I went in person where they told me that it will arrive in 15 that they were “short staffed” and order was never delivered. Never again.
Horrible service. Our order was 2 1/2 hours late. No one answers the phone. My husband wound up driving to their location. I recommend not ordering from this location.
I have been trying to get in contact with this store with two different phones and have been on hold for over 40 minutes!!!! They picked up the phone and put me back on hold!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. I would never order from here again!
Do Not order from here!!! The staff is so rude on the phone. My order was supposed to arrive in 20 minutes. Over 1 hour later and it never arrived! The delivery driver made up lie after lie including he left it outside and then he said no he actually left it with a neighbor. Neither of which were true! Save yourself the frustration and support another pizza place.
This store gets 0 stars order a pizza at 7:30 still waiting at 10:10pm. I called for over an hour and can’t get nobody on the phone I will order from them again now I have to go spend more money on food

Dominos commercial says " Hate to wait" so do we, that's why we have online ordering...... But how about when we need to speak to a human and they leave you on hold for more than 30 minutesGreat deals but HORRIBLE customer service when you call ?
Disgusting! Burned brownie cookie dessert, pasta with no sauce, less breadsticks than their are supposed to be, and overall the food was all cold as well! I’ve tried to complain directly to Dominos and receive no response.
I placed my order and I realized I forgot some toppings to put on my pizza and the lady called me and said that I couldn't add on anything because the driver already left but I was tracking my order and it was still not out for delivery!! So now I can't get anyone to answer the phone and she was very rude to me. Very unprofessional!! If I can't make changes to my order than I need A full refund or this will be my last time dealing with this Domino's Store in the Country Club Plaza!! Absolutely the worst experience ever with Domino's!!
