Customer service is horrible and the price is very expensive Horrible service
Horrible treatment, Today I order a pizza in 5874 W 20 ave Hialeah , I waited for my pizza 49 minutes but the delivery guy never came. I called back and answer machine stated that my pizza was already delivered. I go to the pizza shop and the assistant manager David treated me horrible, told me that he can't help me that I need to go to another pizzeria, I had to ask him to check in the system because he didn't try to help me. He kept saying there is nothing I can , go to another pizzeria, he was rude to me and didn't want to help , I went with my 2 year old in my arms and he didn't care. I already paid $ 18 dollars for the pizza and didn't receive it. I will not order pizza from Domino's again , I don't deserve to be treated this way.
They have a huge variety of dishes and the service is at good time.
Well I like my pizza well done and it was Raw so I guess even if you bake pizza And I specify well done is well done to be done !! The excuse : was we are Swamp aha so I’m hungry and cranky and treat you all we respect. Please don’t lose your quality over quantity. BIG MISTAKE
Can I give it zero stars? They never sent or, they stole my order. Then the app never do anything to remediate that, just offer an automatic coupon that doesn't cover my stolen money, nor that now I don't have my dinner. They never answered the phone neither.

My wife ordered a pizza by phone at Dominos pizza at West 20th Av in hialeah. When she called by phone, she asked for the name of the person that was taking her order. The guy refused to give his name to her in a very nasty way. She called me to tell me what happened. I told her that when i pick up the pizza, i would ask for that person.... His name is Steven. Who is the assistance mgr and even worst, he did not take the order.
Worst service ever! Everytime I order through the app and the tracker tells you it's ready when you go in to pickup they tell you it's not ready, so 30 minutes later they tell you it's ready. This happens every single time. I don't know if they give it to the drivers or to another customer. When the curbside was available 80% of the time you had to go in and get it, because after you would let them know you were there it be at least 15 minutes or more before they would bring your order. Don't be surprised if when you get home the bottom of your pizza it's too cooked and with burned spots. I love Dominos pizza but I am done with them. This is the closets location to me but with this service I am done..Papa John and Pizza Hut gave better service. So long Dominos!!!!
I ordered 3 pizzas and cheesr bread and lava cakes. One pizza was supposed to be half bacon and as you can see its barely a third. Next one pizza was supposed to be mushrooms and chicken and instead was a mess. I cant believe i paid for this. Thanks a lot for not helping on Christmas. I wish i could get my money back
