I love it because Domino's Pizza is not too long in delivering your piece up to you and they make it so damn good
*Ive been calling for an hour!*I ordered my pizza online. I accidentally sent my carry-out to the wrong location.I was calling for an hour. I heard someone pick up and hang up on me several times. Had to call the bank to cancel. Simply horrible.
Delivery is set to be between 2:17-2:47, they call at 2:40 to tell me the earliest driver will arrive at 5. I cancel the order and they never issue me my refund.
If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a pizza 2 hours later it still has not arrived. Called the store several times and they said that the pizza was on its way. Almost 3 hours later they cancel the order saying that they called and arrived at the house but no one answered. We have been sitting outside waiting for it. I call the store and speak to the manager to try to resolve the problem and her response was that she did not take the order or drive the pizza here so there is nothing she can do. The driver says she called and came to the house but no one was there. Totally useless. I guess that is why I stopped ordering from Dominos in Hialeah. Horrible customer service.
I placed the order and two hours later, I ended up going to the store because the delivery tracking system said that it was still being quality checked for an hour and a half. I got to the store and they told me it was being delivered. As soon as I got home, I got a message that my order had been cancelled. They are all a bunch of liars. The worst store EVER! And on top of that, the system made me put 1 star when it should be minus everything!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS LOCATION!
The pizza place is literally 5 minutes away and for the pizza to come it’s 2 hours like explain that to me. Tried to call the place and no answer. GET BETTER STAFF!!
Second time that I order and the pizza arrives either super late because they’re “understaffed”, or I have to go pick up the pizza at the store after selecting delivery because they don’t have drivers available. Pizza tastes ok but other Dominos stores taste fresher.
Would’ve gave 0 stars if that was even an option. I’ve even trying to call the store in regards to the cheese pizza that I just received. I tried multiple calling the store and no one answers.So disappointed on the quality and plus that nasty piece of I don’t know what on the pizza
THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOMINOS!! PLEASE AVOID!The most disrespectful delivery drivers and food quality is very poor. Burnt and cold food. Called to speak to the "manager" who asked me what she was supposed to do for her worker's poor behavior. This place is an absolute joke!
Worst! The one thing I wanted is burnt!!! The cookie Brownie burnt. Chicken not cooked all the way and not good! Ask for ultimate pepperoni pizza, not a pepperoni in sight! Soo mad, another place x'd off the list.
