L chipotle. I was served chicken that was paper thin, the rice and beans were really bland. I’ve had better chipotle at the Miami lakes location. I don’t recommend coming to this one.
The food quality has been terrible lately. My chicken was overcooked. Also my last couple orders have been incorrect back to back for such simple requests. So disappointed.
So apparently there’s a new rule where you cannot order chicken quesadillas inside even if you’re standing right in front of the food line.I was forced to order online which is ridiculous then I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same exact thing why must I order online when I’m standing right in front of you guys….. then has the audacity to have a attitude with me and let the whole line skip me. Imagine having to pull your car out and sit down and type everything in just to pick it up right in front of you
I wonder does corporate train this perticular location to have attitude towards customers and not give out correct change? When approaching the location I was told the location was closed, and given attitude when asked as to if there was a particular reason. With the repeated answer being that the 2 employees have was that they don't have to explain themselves. Good job Chipotle on having poor taste in the hiring process. Good luck with keeping costumers going there, the best of luck to you.
Everything was good but there was no guacamole which on the app said there was and the staff were kind of rude. Good food but the staff need to work out there screaming.
Horrible experience just ordered food and was treated very well during that then this lady in the picture was very disrespectful! She cussed at me and even mumbled under her breath because they could not give change! I don’t appreciate being called a white boy and f him and his money! Please never go back to this chipotle if this lady is working here! I’m very disappointed ☹️! I was nothing but respectful and said no problem! ( the lady with The ponytail)
If you want to get ripped off. With half the portion of everything you come here. A table spoon full was the “portion” of tofu thing. We asked for a manager and Spoke to Nathan Innocent - supposedly the general manager - and he looked at the plate and he said that was the right portion. Please retrain the entire staff. Left my two orders on their production line took my business somewhere else.
Got charged $ 17 for this supposed chicken quesadilla, basically a folded tortilla sprinkled with cheese where tf is the chicken and they didn’t pack any of the sides it comes with either..This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever received a delivery order from . Do not order from here!Apparently they must be supervised while making food !
This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten from. My chips were stale, the food was bland; I paid for double chicken and steak but only received a light portion of overcooked sinewy chicken. Do not eat here.
Nathan should probably find a position where dealing with customers isn’t a daily thing worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time completely unprofessional and off putting. Definitely won’t be visiting this establishment anymore thanks a lot Nathan for ruining one of my favorite places to eat
