Not going to lie this has to be one of the best Chipotle restaurants I've been in. Everyone was working and cleaning even tho no one was inside ordering food. Very clean establishment and excellent customer service thank you guys and girls
They’re always late in app orders. No line and they didn’t make the order. They wait until I arrive to the store to start making it.No proactive staff. Quality of service all gone.
We placed an order online. The order was supposed to come out at 8:10pm. When I asked for it they said they couldn’t give a time because they had two many orders and were under staffed. My thing is don’t tell me 8:10 pm and have me wait 20 or 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Worst chipotle ever. It looks like a zoo in there. Very disorganized. Awful.
This location is horrible! I order online and they always make my order wrong or forget something. Last night, we ordered 2 bowls, when we get home and open the bag there was only 1 bowl.
Great Chipotle! The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The line moved pretty quick. They had everything stocked during rush. Quick in and out.
They’re so quick to take your order everything is rushed including the check out process and by the time you open your bag at home you realize you have salsa but no chips. They’re very good at taking payments but when it comes to accuracy and customer service Chick-fil-A atleast tries.
I stopped going to Chipotle years ago for other options and coming back for lunch feels the same as before. It's not a bad choice, but I feel there are better ( for example, I would pick Moe's if they were right next to each other). Overall, still better than a burger joint, but won't be my first choice if other healthier food restaurants are around.
I haven’t been to a bad Chipotle yet. This is the WORST Chipotle in Hialeah. Do not go here. They let your good get cold. They leave to the bathroom while making your order and your food just sits there. They don’t follow directions. I waited 20min for PICKUP and the store was empty an hour before closing but they wanted to leave Quick so they started to clean and stopped seething people. DO NOT COME HERE. they are all rude on top of everything. Never coming here again I’llTake the trip to Miami Lakes.
This review is for the online order only, the food was amazing but it was COLD, I ordered ahead of time because I was driving 25 minutes away, looks like they prepare the order right away, the food was cold.
Order lunch often from here multiple times there are issues with things missing and the help from the app is horrible. Also if you catch the mistake at the store staff get attitude when you explain that there is an issue. Worst location that I have ever been to. Management at this store needs to get replaced.
