Had a great business lunch with potential client. Excellent service and delicious food.
the food is good, the attention was good. but they allow animals to enter the restaurant, there was a person with a dog, drooling and the people who work in the place playing and petting the dog, then they attended to you. the truth is that the visit to this site was unpleasant
This chilis location lacks of something very simple … customer attention and service.I went today with my nieces for lunch and silvana was the waiter…. She did not acknowledge us until I call her over , then she started counting money and did not pay any attention to us, ordered a beer and had to get up to get another one myself from the bar , my food got to the table after the girls had finished their food and the waiter did not bother to check on it . Finally my food came eat and asked for the bill. I had to wait for her to have a chat with her peer before paying attention to getting my bill finally I called her again and got my bill…. Where is management in all of this . Is this poor service by chilis employees or definitely management that does not care at all. I feel sorry to have come to this place today. I was not pleasant at all.
Worst Chilli's branch ever. Excessively delayed order, they first served people who arrived half an hour after us and the manager's response was only "sorry I can't do anything", plus the order arrived wrong. Many people waiting at the door with more than half of the local empty and the girl at the entrance said it was by order of the manager. Also that same girl entered people known to her in front of her queue. The bathroom and the floor in general of the whole place was a mess, disgusting at least I don't give zero stars because the minimum is 1. Do not go here.
First and last time I visit this place first the waiter first comes to the table with an attitude and desperately takes the order. after an hour the maniger comes with an excuse for the delay of the food and tells me that the food will be free and then tells me as if it is free if I wait more then I left because that is a very bad lack of respect...

The unprofessionalism between this restaurant and the non communication with Brinker is ridiculous. So folks for the on the go order. This restaurant is allowed to ignore your order and do what the want. And when u call them about it. The representative with no hesitation will tell you that the on staff supervisors Phil and Ruth are to busy to speak to you. So you paid for a large order and didn't get half your order bc it was almost closing. And you reach out to corporate on a least two platforms. You call and there's a overnight recording during the day. What kind of outfit is Chili's running where there's no customer satisfaction team. My next platform is social media. Oh and you can check my name Brinker it's in your messages along with my receipt number. Thank you
I usually don't go to Chili's. I was impressed by the service. Our waitress was Allison, she was very attentive. We also like to thank the Manager Doreen.
Food isn’t always amazing but Matthew To Go makes up for it! He’s really the only reason I buy my lunch at this location!! Chili’s is lucky to have an employee like Matthew with his excellent customer service!
I just finished driving around looking for fast food with a sticky arm from the dirty table I sat at waiting to be served and never even got water. Workers may have been somewhat to moderately busy, but found plenty of time to laugh and joke in the kitchen rather than bring water to a table. Not a fan of Chillies anyway, and now I have a reason never to go back. This place makes me truly value the wonderful hard working folks in the industry that much more when I actually come across them. However, I doubt you will find any such employees at this subpar establishment. If you hungry, dont go here.
