Best Chick-fil-A i have ever been to. The attention to detail is amazing. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful staff. Half my order was not correct, and what we did get was terrible. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich I ordered two of was dry and tasted burnt. The milkshake was 2/3 melted before they handed it to me. I have made three attempts to try and like this location, but every single visit is an issue. Never once have I enjoyed a single meal. Each visit my order has been wrong, I have suffered a stroke, so I repeat my order twice and then ask the attendant to read back, yet they still can't get it correct.
Really good services Ingoing inside and Xavier take my orders and is really good experience the best of the best ,long time I don’t feel someone doing the job professional they really impresses me ,tried go inside or outside all people work here it’s dedicated to help really good training I hope another restaurant take care costumer like this be honest Thank you so much Xavier for everything and never change please we need more peoples like you.
Normally, on a regular basis this place has excellent service. Decided to try breakfast (which I didn't know they served until I saw the line this morning. Service was nothing like I'm used to from this company. Usually very fast and accurate service. This morning servic was very slow, and I had to return it and didn't have enough time to wait for the correct order as I sat for at least 15 mins waiting for my order orginally. Guess I'll stick to the afternoon and evening menus where I'll get the fast and accurate service I'm use to.
You have to constantly repeat and check your order to be sure you get what you ordered. I eat the Cobb Salad w/cold grilled fillet every time I go. They brought me 2 salads that were wrong. The 1st, chicken was crispy nuggets, then the 2nd was a hot grilled chicken breast on top of the salad.. When I showed the "manager" a picture from their menu of what I ordered, she said "that's only for pictures, we don't slice up the chicken". I freaked. I eat this 4 times a week religiously. How can you say it doesn't exist? The plain and simple fact is that they don't listen. It took for the "manager" to get the "kitchen manager" to clear it up... He listened. The minute I said Cold Fillet he came with my salad. I guess their high turn over of employees creates an issue when it comes to them being familiar with the menu. Oh and by the way, no apology from the so called manager. She just looked on saying "Oh Cold Fillet" under her breath. I had to hurry up and leave because the level of frustration was about to boil over. I sat waiting and arguing with them for over 10 minutes and for no apology was completely unprofessional.
This is the slowest Chick-fil-A in south Florida, the lines are always ridiculous, they take a really long time to take your order and the way this drive-thru works if you get your food and you're behind at least two cars you won't be able to leave the drive-thru. I come here about once or twice a week and it's always the same problem
Always had a great experience at this Chick-fil-a but their line is not organized like other chick-Fil-a locations and today I felt extremely disrespected by the manager! I was coming the opposite way of the line, waiting to get a chance to make it to the end of the line (there was traffic of cars coming my way) and nice person in line told me to go ahead and get in front of their car. The manager comes out towards me in a manic mode telling me the line starts in the back. I said to him “this car just let me get in front of them” and he said “well the line is back there” and I said “so what should I do?” And he said “I want you to leave the line and get to the back where it starts” with full attitude and I said “well then I’m just going to leave” I wasn’t skipping. Someone told me to get ahead of them. His response was “well leave then!!” For a fast food place that is supposed to be known for their customer service, this was extremely upsetting. He could’ve at least been kind.

The owner operator is such an amazing individual. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and aware of any special needs. This location doesn’t feel like fast food hurry up and eat. Highly recommend.
They are OK. I have been to plenty other franchises and they’ve had better service & better food cooked. Out my 4 chicken tender, 2 of them I wasn’t able to eat.
