Restaurant had a tough break during covid. Look like things are getting better. Glad to see. The food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming.
The food was old and cold and they did not have any fountain drinks. Only ice tea. Never going to visit this Boston market.
I went to return an order because the chicken was rotten and the employee took out her middle finger in front of the manager name nataya
People in there were non professional at all, sorry to say borderline ghetto. Will be my last visit at that hub. Other Boston markets are usually great.
Very disappointed on this location.. dinning area had an unpleasant odor a/c not working . Women's bathroom had no soap. Food was good but there was no butter for the corn bread.
I order weekly from this location. My meatloaf seems it’s for a child. No idea what happened. Also I was given both ends of the meatloaf. Lastly they forgot to the gravy for both orders. Disappointed really.
Turkey was dry, soda machine was down. No one in the kitchen except sitting around in the lobby. Seems like everyone else on here had similar experiences. Like Boston market but personally won’t come back to this specific location.
The MOST DIRTY Boston market I ever been in my life. It was so disgusting that I left. I couldn’t eat there. And the attitude of the people working there is just as bad. They don’t deserve even one star.
This location has a very loud stinch that you notice instantly when you first walk in. It smells like a cross between a gas leak or raw sewage. It's an unbearable smell.
I loveeeeee the food ... but the service!!!! HORRIBLE those employees are extremely rude so sad it looks like new people took over....
