This place is so bad now. This is the 4th time i drive there & can’t get boba. Every time i walk in, the workers are on their phone &/or sitting at a table together just hanging out. Just now I arrived at 11:30pm (the hours on the door say open til 1am) along with someone else who walked in at the same time. The worker really told us “Honestly it’s pretty late guys… There’s not a lot of black boba left & im already starting to close ”. So you’re doing you’re closing process 1.5 hours early because you feel like it & not gonna make our drinks? we weren’t even getting black boba. This was just insane to me lol. The other 3 times i show up & the workers are hanging out & say there’s no ice so we can’t make anything. what?? there’s a gas station in the same plaza?? anyways, this place used to be the spot & now it’s just terrible. the drinks aren’t good enough to even make up for the bad customer service.
Super disappointed in this place.Lately they make their teas flavorless. I just placed an online order.It’s a mood killer when you taste your drink and it’s basically ice. They need to actually follow the recipe.
Got the iced coconut milk tea and it was extremely flavorful, best coconut milk tea I’ve had from a dozen places. Nice, cold, and creamy. Also tried the blended mango fruit tea and that was also out of this world
Waited 30 minutes in line and there was only 2 people in front of us. This place has gone downhill big time. There's much better places around especially for the price. Never again! The lady there today should be working instead of on her iPhone.
Have given this place several chances and they just keep messing up:1. smoothies always come out flavorless due to so much ice being added there is enough left for another two drinks, the amount of crunch in every sip is indescribable2. Flavored Teas come out with so much syrup you get instant diabetes.3. Boba is never fresh and also flavorless.4. Drove out here 35 minutes the other day to find out this place was closed when they were supposed to be open!5. After having managed and worked at a tea shop myself, the solution is simple: FOLLOW THE RECIPE and close when you say you close.Won’t be returning..
I was really looking forward to my drink because it is one of the few boba places that offers black tea for their fruit teas. I ordered the mango black tea. It was more like watered-down mango juice and there was a piece of plastic in it. I will not be returning.
They greeted me with "we don't have smooties you still wanna buy" and when I told them yes I would to still to purchase a drink they got upset and sighed in my face....And when I waited for my drink to be given to me I was told can you wait somewhere else and shoo me off. Who employed these people?
