Waited 20 minutes at the order window for a tiny barely audible voice to tell me it was pick up only and refused to take my order instead of telling me when I got to the window. I was having a really bad day and I wad looking forward to some comfort food at the end of a bad day.* edit. Stopped by the next day before they closed the inside to order. Same girl who didn't take my order the night before made my food today (noticed her because I saw her in the drive through window the night berore.) I noticed she was kinda slow making it, and when I thanked her for handing me my food I realized she was mentally handicapped... probably why she was scared to tell me they weren't taking orders the night before. Fast food workers are hard to come by so I'll try to be more understanding in the future.
This is the worst restaurant ever….beware specially if you are vegan or vegetarian, you can’t trust these scums….I ordered white hot ranch fries burrito which is in their veggie craving menu….being vegetarian by birth because of my faith, I don’t eat meat…..this disgusting place delivered this taco instead of veggie taco that I ordered…avoid this place like plague….the window idiot who took my order first forgot to add the item in drive thru….we had to park and visit the restaurant to get the missing item….when i was consuming that taco which was suppose to have black beans half taco just had sauce and nothing else and later half I found meat….never in life ordering food from Taco Bell if they had lazy set of idiots serving me meat in name of vegetarian menu….wanted to rate in negative but google don’t give you option how worst a place can be…..shut down this garbage before scamming another person …..cheats & thugs place….do not eat at this place if you want mental peace, you will never know what they will add in your food….absolute mental harassment if they hurt religious belief and sentiments of people…..
I purchased a chalupa combo and was shocked by the price. All of the other Taco bells in the surrounding area charge $9.19 for this combo but their price is $12.29 and on top of that they give you a medium drink instead of a large drink. Not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes in line through the drive-thru.How do they get away with charging 33% more than everybody else in the neighborhood and give you a smaller drink as well. Definitely will not be going back to this Taco Bell ever again.
Everything about this taco bell is upsetting... Take the time to read the orders before serving!!! They got everyone's order that was in drive-thru wrong...FIRE the staff and TRY AGAIN!!... This taco bell deserves no stars!!
I understand shortages due to covid, but what’s the sense of asking me what size drink I want if your telling me your gonna give me a small when I asked for a medium. It’s also 9am and I asked if they had a breakfast menu she said yes and with an attitude when clearly nobody changes then menu for AM. Ijs while she taking orders she’s on the phone calling people rude in creole.. I understand very clearly she doesn’t need to be at the window. Gives me food no napkins. Then shuts window and stares at me thru it. Lol. Oh well I hope her day gets better this is just a warning for anyone who decides to go this morning to this location.. google the breakfast menu before going since they haven’t switch it for breakfast…
Sat in drive-thru line for a good 15 minutes to find out they were closed. We were there well before closing hour of 1:00 AM. Very disappointed.
Our first time here & the ladies bathroom was filthy & no paper toeless. The lobby has trash all over the floor and yes labor shortage but is this the new normal?
Went to this Taco Bell Monday at 11:55pm and they didn't answered or were taking orders. The menu board was on but nobody answered. Two car before me also left without ordering. The store hours said it should be open till 1am.
Macho bell grande had a sour taste, like old tortilla chips... This was awful, they should be more careful, stay away!
Horrible service! I give it a zero if I could! We ordered on the kiosk so that it would be faster-NOT!!! It took 20 minutes to get 1 dumb beefy burrito! I even asked for a refund cuz it was taking so long. They said they would make the order right away and it still took 10 more minutes!! There was 5 people there not doing anything! One lady was the only one fixing orders. The worst place ever!! Love yourself and never go there! The place is dirty too. Go to the one on Park Road and Hollywood Blvd, it’s super clean n super fast!!
