Terrible experience. Please avoid this place at all cost! Went to have lunch, worst customer service ever. I got a drink and when I look inside there were some kind of parasite and small worms inside. I showed this to the manager and she told the workers “ice machine again”. Apparently they are well aware of the poor and disgusting conditions the drinks are being served. Nobody gave me an explanation nor solution. Definitely going to report this to the authorities since the food being served here is threatening with people’s health. Avoid at all costs!
Super rude staff, avoid this location
Rudely refused to serve me because I did not have a mask with me. Instead of offering me a mask she was very rude about it and told me to leave. I was shocked because I never experienced this in any other locations. I am fully vaccinated and haven’t been required to wear a mask anywhere for the past year.
I heard a few racist comments made by the staff about a patron that ordered food and walked out with no incident.The bathrooms are ways "out of order" even after 4 months.Never again.
First time I got denied being able to order food in this location. I was informed by employees regarding owners rules due to being private property. Please note this establishment is breaking US Federal Law.I HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER, SHOP AND BE SERVED AT THIS BUSINESS -- AS PROTECTED BY LAW - WITHOUT COVERING MY FACE.I have discussed the following with a lawyer.1. This private business has a LEGAL CLASSIFICATION as “public commodation” according to federal law. Title Ill Reg 28 CFR § 36.104. Your private business serves the public and thereforemust abide by all state and federal laws. No business policy supersedes the law. No governor'sorder, health order, emergency or pandemic supersedes our Constitutionally-protected rights.This business is open to the public, and I am the public. Your denial of my service violatesseveral federal laws.2.Federal law 28 CFR $36.202 prohibits "denial of participation" from this businessestablishment. §36.202(c) states that unless I have been individually assessed as a "directthreat" you many not exclude me from the SAME and EQUAL services as others.3.Denying my service or requiring me to be served outside or be limited to home delivery is aVIOLATION of Title I, Ill and Vil of the U.S. Civil Right Act of 1964.4. Title IlI, Sections $36.202(a)(b)(c) and $36.203(a) (b)(c) states that I shall not be denied the same PARTICIPATION and EQUAL ACCESS as everyone else. The law prohibits you fromserving me separately or differently.5. As such, this business is PROHIBITED from unlawful discrimination by denying the entry of any member of the public who is who is not disturbing the peace. To do so is a crime of FALSEIMPRISONMENT, and you will be held personally liable for this crime.6. Freshest sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub have eaten. Must have come in when all ingredients were being refreshed.
The employee in the morning shift is super super nasty and unprofessional and she will scream at you when you can’t understand what she is saying. Please consider treating your customers right.
