Service super slow. Ordered online said pickup time 10:05 PM. 45 freezing mins later still no food. Out of cookies and cream shake. Out of oreo mint shake. Out of cups for soft drinks. Makes a customer feel like being out of luck for coming here. Their reason there's only 2 workers. Sounds like a management problem. Workers had bad attitude. Will definitely not return to this store.
Service was super slow and they were not busy. I asked for the manager because on my receipt someone else's credit card information was there and apparently he was to busy for me or didn't care never came out to me. When my food came out out it was cold missing stuff and the girl had attitude about it. I get it looks she was the only person working. When I left they had a long line oh boy. It took almost 45 minutes for me and was slow. They need just need staff I think.
No one there to acknowledge or direct us when we walked in. Ordered on kiosk. Milkshakes were good. We ate outside because it was freezing cold inside(we weren’t the only ones to complain about that). The flies almost devoured us so it was difficult to eat. My hamburger was cold. Just not a great experience and won’t be back.
It took them 25 min to get me two burgers, they were cold and without any taste. The place is clearly understaffed, poor decor, the self serve kiosk removed all the magic that this place used to have.
Burger. Fries. Banana shake. All good. Clean restaurant. Just busy enough. Thank you.
Ordered online. Got text food was ready. Waited for an additional 20 minutes after text. Burger was ice cold and did not include toppings requested. Other sandwich was put together quite sloppily. Staff seemed very disinterested.
They have limited workers so you have to be Extremely patient and order ahead online 10 to 20 minutes ahead. Besides everything else Food is Great
Great food. Service was quick and the food was delicious. My only concern was the booth seats needed to be wiped down between customers because ours was still full of of food crumbs from the previous customers.
Is this Steak n Shake permanently closed? You can't tell. The windows are covered in butcher paper, and the sign outside doesn't tell you anything.
The food is always good and service was not to bad, at the time carryout only.
