Tonight I came in to get my favorite drink an iced chai tea latte. When I received my drink I was confused because at the bottom of my cup was a black liquid. I get this drink every single day and not once has my drink been made like this. I ask the guy at the counter and right off the bat he has a terrible attitude. I told him that my drink has never looked like this and he tells me that I’m wrong and that’s my drink and that’s how it’s made. Excuse me but all Chai Tea lattes at Starbucks that I’ve ever had DO NOT look like this. I was so shocked at how rude he was it made me laugh. I’m not sure why he got in his feelings about a drink. But someone like that should not be working in customer service. It’s embarrassing honestly. It’s not that deep just fix my drink bro
This Starbucks is a great disappointment. It’s absolutely filthy. Everything about just doesn’t meet the standards of a food service establishment. Garbage is over flowing. Counters are disgusting. Everything I touched was sticky. Service is horrible! My order was mixed up and I was the only one there. I will avoid this Starbucks going forward. Something must be done by their corporate office…

Very very bad personal, I was there 03.23.2022 at 11.00a.m., very big line was there, personal were 5 people, there talking each others, laughing, but not working, cashier was very slow, like sleeping. What is this.??Not anymore go to there.
This is the worst Starbucks in Miami . I order here on Uber eats daily and I am finally fed up with this location .Coffee is always melting by the time I receive it . Taste like pure ice . Sometimes half the coffee is spilled due to not being sealed properly, usually the coffee taste like pure milk and water .Also they false advertising the time frame on Uber eats that you will receive your order it’s never on time they say 15-25 min takes about 30-40 min I live 5 min away from here! I really don’t like this place anymore.I been a loyal client here for 2 years but now something changed with the quality of their coffee.I tried other locations and I see the difference in the quality and I will not be coming back to this location.
Been there couple of times already and I can say without doubt it’s a busy location… but honestly which Starbucks isn’t?My order is done right every time ✅ even though staff kind of takes its time.Staff is friendly and location is clean.
The staff is friendly but inside always seems to look REALLY dirty. So I started getting it delivered but this is the third time that the store didn't put the lid on correctly and coffee ended up EVERYWHERE. Like this issue is clearly with the store, not the delivery service. I can only imagine how bad the uber's car is. Today they put a lid over two cups that obviously didn't hold, also not something I asked for, and I'm telling you that this cheap paper bag they put my drinks in was falling apart by the time I got my order. I live literally a 3-4 minute drive from here and got my delivery in less than 20 minutes of placing the order so its not like it had a lot of time for this to happen.
They are doing their job. Please treat them with respect and kindness.
