Terrible service, I understand that they are under staff, but there in not reason to be mean and rude to costumers, place an order on line and my food was ready one hour after the email said my order was suppose to be ready, the cashier was the only one nice and semi apologetic, 15 people came over the store and they took care of them first than me, and my 3 dishes were ceviche! It was a pre made, it was only to put it on a bowl! And it was a very poor quality after all.
One star is more than what this place deserves , never before had I issues at other pollo tropical when I come to south Florida. I ordered the churrasco and chimichurri missing and not to mention the chicken dry and hard, the attitude from the cashier when I requested a refund on the plantains I ordered and were also missing but worst attitude from the supervisor or manager. This is a place I will make sure not to return on my trips to south Florida
Worst pollo ever! Don’t order from here. I ordered online because my boyfriend doesn’t like certain things and we always end up with onions and tomatoes in his food. Ordered 2 tropichops and his came totally wrong. The “shredded chicken” is just regular chicken pieces. The drive through people were so rude and after waiting inside for 15 minutes with nobody being helped we went to the drive through. We said hi i have a mobile order and she said it’s not ready without even asking my name. We get to the window and after getting an attitude from the girl our food miraculously was done. So not worth it. Don’t waste your time and money here.
This was the worst Pollo Tropical at ever been to.. The food was disgusting. The chicken was do dry it was crumbling. Oh but the yellow rice and corn was excellent. The restaurant was dirty the customer service was extremely bad, they were laughing about getting the orders wrong. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
Don’t order online. Your order gets forgotten about. Everyone was busy but the place was not packed. Food was meh, yuca was not hot and my tostanes were hard. Super disappointed. Thankful one guy realized I’ve been waiting and found my order. One girl just complained about how she was supposed to be off an hour ago. Order was ready 35 mins from when it was supposed to be ready. And hour after I ordered it.
Hi my audience this is Kin'z Pro.® i went to pollo tropical to grab me something to eat. I was so hungry and wanted a family discount cause i have family that law enforcement and i also and they denial my discount, i was very upset? i been paying alot of money to pollo tropical business administration. I think you should always treat your highly customer dignity and respect, even when you alwas come to eat and paid money on they bussiness.
I'm sorry.. I know that things get busy but this was a horrible work environment in terms of cleanliness. The floors were disgusting, the countertop where customers grab their food orders was in shambles and the kitchen where you can see everything Subway style had MULTIPLE Cross contamination! I'm vegan so seeing that really made me uneasy. The staff was nice and had great customer service but they really need to work on the clean factor and the food being spilled in everything!
Drive thru service was superior had kind of big order cashier had everything right .Varhonda kept and smile and was very polite ..
I never would of thought this fast food restaurant could be soo busy from when it opens to the wee hrs of the night. The tropi-Chop is the way to go. No ? or Beans, yes for yellow rice, ? and tomatoes ?
They work very slowly for the people eating inside, the drive through goes faster but slow anyway.
