The hostess Lexi was the best she made sure me and my guest had a great time I will definitely be back. From the food the music drink and great service im overall happy with my experience
pros:> 2 hours of singing> cute booth rooms> club atmosphere throughout the venue> beautiful, clean bathrooms> fixed one of our broken mics> accommodating to our last minute time changecons:> made us wait for 15 minutes while two workers checked in one group, but made us leave on the dot when our time was up> forced a $30 tip on us upon entree, then not giving proper service> many popular songs were not listed, and half of the ones that were did not play> the one time they came to check on us, they left us a menu but didn't say whether they would be coming back or not. ended up not ordering anything> mics kept having issues after initial fix, and going from not working to making ear-piercing soundsedit: con = they say they have over 50,000 songs but there were quite a few repeats of certain songs. pro = did appreciate that there were many different languages, though.
Great atmosphere, good song choices. But best of all was the service. Mo made it memorable!! Shouts out to her. She kept the drinks coming and made sure we had a great time. Will definitely be back.

First the environment nothing but awesome vibes. As soon as we entered, we was greeted by the hostess Lexi. She was very respectful and helpful. I did not notice I reserved my event for the wrong date. She found a way to make sure we were still able to have our event and enjoy it. Thankful to her and the rest of the staff for helping me celebrate my moms birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
I went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday last night and we had an awesome time! Eric was wonderful. He took such good care of us, and he was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The manager Noelia was so warm and kind from the moment we first met her at the front, and she took care of us as well. Excellent customer service overall and just a fun concept and experience. Highly recommend!
This was my 1st time here. Went on Friday 5/6/22. Our host was Moe! She was so nice and so accommodating, our room was a bit on the hot side and she made sure we got another room. Although the connection in the other was not that great, we could still improvise and connect our phones for songs that were not on their tablet. Other than that mannnnn we still had thee best time. The drinks were great, the food was good and the shots were on Moe! I will definitely be back!

This place is great we had a lot of fun. Our hostess Lexi was amazing. Her customer service is on point, she was quick with all of our request and she made great suggestions on menu items and drinks. I am big on customer service and this is the type of service I look for at any establishment. We will definitely be back because of her.
