Pizza was good, but the service is below any expectation. First of all I was literally ignored in front of the counter to make an order. Then I was put on hold when phone was ringing. Then I was put on hold again when some other customer stepped in for the pick up. Then the associate decided to step out to the restroom all of a sudden. I felt totally disrespected.There was also no restroom for the customer waiting for the order. Even for a child there was no exception to let the child into the employee’s restroom.“Pizza Hut - Never again”?
Not only were they fast but the Pizza we ordered was perfect! Thank you for being close to perfect! We appreciate you, Pizza Hut!! From the time I ordered to the delivery to my front door, I was kept in the loop from the beginning of my order to the end! Love it!! You guys rock! Please thank the employees for a job well down. Definitely a return customer:)
Although the cashier was very friendly and smiled as she gave my order. The Pizza (create your own)was the biggest let down. Not enough sauce, toppings and barely any cheese. The kicker is that it was made fresh, but taste like old bread.Suggestion to all, when you buy a pizza open the box before you leave so you don't get disappointed when you get home like I did.
Placed order for delivery, estimated time 25-35 minutes later.An hour later my pizza shows up, without the soda.Driver says he'll bring it, 30 minutes later try to call the store.Wait on hold for 20 minutes, they never pick up, hung up.Call Pizza Hut Customer Service "Hotline" middle of the day, but no one can take your call.Call the store back, another 25 minutes on hold, no answer.Now 3 hours since I ordered my food, still have an incomplete order, and unable to get a live human being on the phone.
My soda was Missing from my order. I called an asked for a refund the store manager was rude. Although he issued my 3.00 refund but the store never called me and said they were out of soda so instead of notifying me they sent nothing. I ordered last night 4/21/22 my pepperoni was burnt and they guy who cooked it didnt care he gave it too me like that anyway an he was extremely rude DONT GO THERE
Placed online order. Got charged and nothing came here.I literally live across the street.Don't order deliveries from Pizza Hut, it won't show up
Who gives hungry people cold pizza 3 hours late?
the stuffed crust was super soft and not baked all the way through. The breading of the pizza was thin and just nasty. Very dissatified.
The delivery person did not speak functional English. He dropped the order on the first delivery attempt. Then he returned to the store to retrieve a replacement order for us, but his communication was unclear. The replacement order was not correct and missing items. We were so tired and hungry when it arrived, that we just accepted it.
My son place an order online at this store at 5:08 and 15 minutes later online it said out for delivery. The Pizza arrive 2 hours later cold. Waited on the phone with the store for 35 minutes just for The Who ever young lady that was to answer the phone rude and hang up in my face. So I told the driver take that cold pizza back. Not even an apology by anyone or even consider to remake my pizza. This store needs a serious awakening. Sad thing is I used to be a manager at a Pizza restaurant so I know how long it takes to make and deliver. No customer service sad to say it but she will get what’s coming for her
